I would love for LE (or someone) to put pins on this photo identifying each location of the white truck in the photos presented at the news conference today.

I have put a spot on a copy of that photo to show where I think they are showing the truck parked on the access road, but I haven't figured out how to paste a photo into a post here.

No it isn't a video. It was staged by LE. Supposed to depict where the truck was parked on June 4th.

This is where I think the truck was seen...red dots.

I don't know...I still think that is quite a long ways for TH to have walked with Kyron and chanced being seeing. All the way across the yard, when other people are surely arriving and parking at the same time? Not to mention anyone driving by on Skyline could have caught a glimpse. Hmmmm...

It is apparently a set-up shot to show the location that they are asking about. It is on the little access road in front of Skyline Elementary. The playground is in front of the school.

I've not read this thread yet so.. sorry.

But that truck on the access road near the playset seems to be below grade and out of line of sight from the school? I could easily see them going to the playset and ducking down that path to the truck quickly.

Exactly what I noticed. And there is a door on the end of the building that appears to open onto the access road. (I believe it was previously identified as being a door that is usually not locked.) From the various photos, it would appear that someone could go out that door and along the access road without being seen from the windows of the school.

Those of you who live in the area and have actually been on school grounds, does that seem possible?

Based on the location of the truck by the playground, it does seem possible that no one would see them leaving if he left out the door and walked along the side where the soccer fields are.

Here is a map of the route per today's info. I'm having computer problems and can't tag the locations with details and a time. If someone can do that, it would be greatly appreciated. The ending destination I just picked Old Germaintown road. But the info given was for that immediate area in general.

Question for Skyline parents or locals familiar with the school: Was there designated overflow parking for an event like the science fair? Were parents/guests instructed to park along Skyline Drive if the parking lot(s) were full? Also, if TH arrived at the school by 8:15am on 6/4, was there no space to park in the school parking lot(s)? Did she deliberately park off-site to avoid being seen?

I thought they said in the beginning that it was. Then toward the end there was confusion and he answered a little more vaguely.

If it wasn't staged, then why ask for license plates etc of cars nearby since there aren't any other cars in the picture?

The aerial photo in this thread shows the access road kind of petering out near the soccer goals. But in the one on Google:

it appears to continue along next to the school (and around the soccer field) with possible access to the parking lot through the back.

Again, anyone local who can tell us how the access road is at this point? Or can anyone direct me to a photo that has been posted showing that road? Thanks so much for any info.

Ok, so by google maps time it shows it taking 12 minutes to get to the FM on Imbrie. Is this accurate? It makes it possible, but certainly makes timing tight.

I have no clue. I am just posting off what I heard the DA say... reporter asked if the truck was staged and DA said he could not comment
