The 4th Focus: Identifying a Witness who Parked Prior to 8:45 AM

  • #21
Yes, but they are trying to identify who might have been at the school, to move Kaines truck, it could have been DD. She then drove her own vehicle to her job, gotten there at 9:00. Terry went to FM by 9:12, we don't have the exact time she left the other FM. Drove to DD's job, a little after 10:00, picked DD up and did what ever the hello they did between 10:00 something, went to the gym, we haven't been told if DD was at the gym or not, dropped DD back at her job, went home, did her face book and E-mails.

Yes....this is the way it seems to be panning out for me too.

DeDe @ school prior to work
DeDe @work @ 0900 ish
Terri @ FM #1, FM #2, setting alibies
DeDe unaccounted for ~10-1 Terri picked her up @ ~10
10-1140 time of both unaccounted for
1140-1240 or 1120-1220 depending on whose timeline you follow- TH or DDS filling in @ Gym
1:00 both back at work/home

Very interesting......Blue Ford Explorer parked at school prior to 0900?? I'm guessing this is what they are looking for.

Perhaps they are looking for the witness who claims to have seen the truck parked in one of those spots, or to have seen the "other adult" by or in the truck. They seem to have that information, but not the identity of the person who provided it. JMO

ETA: And this could be part of their concern about "suggesting" information to the public. They want that original witness to come forward with the tip that they gave before (perhaps anonymously, as others have suggested), not some new person saying, "Yeah, that's right. I saw that too!" who may or may not be providing correct information.

That timeline theory looks to me like what they are going with at this point. JMO

Is it possible that another parent has some photos of their child taken that day, for the science fair, while still in the parking lot (or with parking lot in the background) and they can see TH's vehicle, as well as an unidentified vehicle next to it (maybe only part of it), which they can't link to anyone at the school that day?

So they want to know who's car it is, and even if unrelated to Kyron's disappearance, perhaps the owner of that vehicle saw something, or someone.

Just a thought, since LE is being so specific.

My take on it was there was a car there that some remember seeing but it has not been accounted for yet. It may have nothing to do with it, but then again...it could mean alot.

I wonder if a third party was at the school that morning and after TH arrived, waited in the truck while TH and Kyron toured the science fair. This third party may have taken Kyron with him or her, while TH created an alibi by going to the FM stores. This is only speculation on what might have occurred.

Was it ever clarified whether there was any overflow parking at the school that day?

I wonder if any of the parents ever parked across the street at the church building. It would seem to me that anyone parked there would have an excellent view of the access road.

I am wondering if they are looking for witnesses who may be able to shed light on whether the mystery adult in the truck while Terri and Kyron where in school arrived already in the vehicle or wether the adult parked in the lot and then got into Terri's vehicle while she was within the school building and awaited her return. This could lead them to a vehicle description if they are having dificulty identifying the myster adult. Just a thought.

I was thinking the same thing, and hadn't read all the posts in this thread before posting my thoughts.

Sources also tell KGW that, during the period of time DeDe was unaccounted for, her car remained at the property where she had been gardening. According to sources, that detail is significant because, if DeDe left the property as investigators believe, she would have had to leave in another vehicle.

Well, I guess it's not DS's car they're looking for.

Sounds like DeDe went with TH to the school?

The link doesn't work but IMO if this article talks about the missing from 10 or from 11 am onwards timeline it doesn't have to have any bearing on where her car was before 9 am. I don't think we've been told when exactly she and her car got there.

Edit: Scratch that, yes we have been told.
Spicher was gardening at a 40-acre property on Old Germantown Road on June 4. Her employer and another worker at the home told authorities that she wasn't there when they called her in for the lunch provided for the workers. Investigators say Spicher, who arrived on the job around 9 a.m., wasn't seen gardening on the property from about 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

So if she arrived at 9 she could have been at the school before 8:45.
