Nowhere in the submissions provided by plaintiffs is there any attempt to show by what
methodology Mr. Epstein reaches a conclusion of absolute certainty that a given person is, in
fact, the writer of a questioned document.

Note, he has not demonstrated a methodology whereby he can draw a conclusion, to an
absolute certainty, that a given writer wrote the Note.

He was never ASKED, MurriFlower. That dumb-a** lawyer who presented his report was so full of his own garbage that it never occurred to him that he might actually have to present a coherent case. Quite frankly, a monkey could have done a better job. Epstein said himself that this was the first time he wasn't given the chance to use comparison charts in his testimony.

Is this another 'so close yet so far' :boohoo:for RDI?

A bit like some others I could mention (but won't), he probably never thought that anyone would dare to question the findings of such an eminent expert in his field. The fact that the Judge actually expected him to qualify his findings with evidence didn't even enter his sphere! Why wasn't he 'given the chance'? I believe his evidence would have been heard had he bothered to present it. Nope, it is 'cause I say so and I'm an 'expert'. Oh, and by the way, several 'lesser' experts also agree with me!! Sure.......

Highly unlikely. From what I can gather, he was used to being challenged and meeting it.

What are you talking about? Of course, he expected it. That's why he was so upset at not having the opportunity to do so.

Why wasn't he 'given the chance'?

I already told you. Because that moron Hoffman never bothered to ASK him!

I believe his evidence would have been heard had he bothered to present it.

Exactly! That's why it's such a foul-up that he didn't have the chance.

Nope, it is 'cause I say so and I'm an 'expert'. Oh, and by the way, several 'lesser' experts also agree with me!! Sure.......

I don't see that at all.

It would be more accurate to characterize it as a missed opportunity.

In a never-ending series of missed opportunities and coulda-shoulda-woulda's.

No, there's really not a lot we agree on is there?
