Are the people in black on the other side of the choir, choir also? Just one side is a huge choir, but both?

Sorry, I really don't know.

Probably family and participants in the service. jmo

I'm watching on tv so I don't know if you all have the captions that I do, but it is Rev. McClurkin singing Stand which Whitney's family requested. Beautiful.

Tyler Perry speaks well. I think he missed his calling, he could have been the Reverend up there.

He continues to be a jackass...

According to a person familiar with the situation, Brown brought an entourage of nine people with him to the Newark church and wanted them to sit with them in the family section.

"They were asked to leave," the person said, referring to the entourage. Brown was not asked to leave, but "he left with the other people,"...

Rev. Kim Burrell singing Aretha's "Change is Gonna' Come" (originally Sam Cooke)but reworded for it to be about Whitney. She is really pouring her heart and soul into it.

How sad, I feel so sorry for BK.

Hmm, maybe it's not just the family, but Bobbi K too that didn't want him there. What a sad situation for all. He could have come with 1 guest, I suppose. 9 is a bit much.

Maybe he needed some support of his friends. It was kind of hostile territory. I think if this is true he really should have stayed for his daughter. jmo

It is unclear if Bobby left on his own accord or if he was asked to leave.
Rev. Al Sharpton tweeted just moments ago, saying, "I am at Whitney's funeral. I spoke with Bobby Brown trying to calm him down and not distract from the services. Today is about Whitney!"

Was that a nurse? I don't know. He was visibly upset, I hope he is okay. Was just reading he is doing a music tour now. I'll keep looking around to see if anything goes online about it.

Even if hostile territory, he knew the funeral was invitation only. Today isn't about HIM and it was rude for him to bring other people and rude for him to leave. What about his daughter wondering where her father is on the hardest day of her life?

I don't understand him not being there for his daughter, from Saturday till now. I mean, he didn't go to LA till Sunday night, a full 24 hours after Whitney died. I would have canceled concerts and dropped everything and rushed to my daughter if she lost her other parent. And wouldn't have left her side till the funeral was over at least.

But maybe Bobbi Kris is better off being with Whitney's family. It's probably a blessing in disguise.

Clive Davis up to speak now. I'm watching the family and friends faces for this one.

No, :) I thought I saw a woman with a nurse type hat hat hand one of the speakers a hankie, I think it was Alicia Keys. Probably wasn't, but it really looked like one.

I think it could have been. With 1500 people there they probably have them available. Especially at an emotionally long funeral. jmo
