Who Thinks Casey Has Confessed Caylee's whereabouts to JB

I don't think she has confessed Caylees whereabouts to JB, but may have confessed she knows where her body may be (without telling him where). Of course I may have a different answer later. This case changes quicker then my brain can keep up with.

I think he told her that he doesn't want to know. He KNOWS, but he doesn't want her to tell him anything that implicates her... because that makes it hard for him to help her in a "not guilty" plea.

I voted No. Why? She as pathalogical lliar. And all of the lies she has told she Well stick to them... He just has all of the same information and has come to his own conclusion, just as we all have..

I voted NO but if she did tell him something, it had to be another lie.

Nope, she didn't tell him. He is probably deducing it from the leaks and stmts of LEOs but I don't think she told him. She's probably tried to say somethings to him w/o telling him outright what happened but he's probably told her to zip it.

Well hearing from other people like the bounty hunters team about how Casey talks and talks, I think she may have told him. He may have seen where she was going with the conversation and tuned her out so he didn't hear. But, it wouldn't surprise me if she told him something and I think that with as close as she seems to be with him, if she would tell anyone anything it would be JB.
I very well could be wrong, but I think if she hasn't told him, she may later. This is far from over.

No way..no how...she will never admit, even to her attorney that she killed Caylee and dumped her somewhere...

Right. Because it is my feeling that she adamantly thinks that it's no one's business--total privacy and all that.

I don't think she will ever tell ANYONE unless it saves her from the death penalty and even then I think she will still blame someone else. Like I didn't have a choose BS. Casey is about Casey and no one else. She proves it time and time again.

Casey sweating the bed (as told by TonE) is the closest she'll ever come to confessing.

Let's just try for a moment to get right back down to basics...A mom leaves her child with a babysitter and goes to a fake job (lying doesn't mean she murdered her). She comes back and the place she left her is vacant, the person she left her with doesn't exist. The same Mom has lied about who she is, where she works, what her life-circumstances were AND, she doesn't notfiy her friends or family that her child is missing for 31 days!

WHY are we all here, trying to figure out what happened? She's laughing at all of us for sure. What could have possibly happened?

MOO

Sure, she told him where she is, just not the truth. She's with Zany, she's in PR....who would believe her if she said the body was in place xyz??

ditto.

imo, personally, I think kc is probably still maintaining that she was taken by the sitter, etc to everyone, including jb....... :waitasec:

She's NEVER going to tell. We're into the root of life here, of good and evil. We've tapped into a vein of something beyond rationality where KC things she will lose it all if she tells, and I'm not just talking about freedom. She's emmeshed with Mommy down and strong, which I think defines her at her core and controls this entire draaaama. She loves Mommy. She hates Mommy. She wants Mommy's love. If Mommy ever finds out, she'll lose Mommy forever. I've come to believe she'd rather rot in jail that have that happen. Now, once she's been in jail for a while, that might change but it ain't happenin' anytime soon and I'm betting two cows and a goat, it ain't happenin' ever. Besides he Baez doesn't want to know. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't actually tell her as much.

I think there are some interesting hints on this very website which are similar to things that might have been told.

Perhaps she told him that the a former boyfriend helped her sell Caylee to a good home so they could get married and start a new life together with beaucoup buckazoids. Perhaps she even had a deal to visit Caylee but now realizes she's been double crossed. To all of which, I personally say, "Oh yeah, suppose you're going to hit me up now to buy your FL swampland."

Nope. Shes hasnt told anyone and WONT tell anyone EVER IMO!

I do think she told her brother that Caylee was dead, and probably told him the night CA called 911. The phone call between her and L from the jail just sounded too codish to me.

I'll bet

Any defense attorney is going to discourage a confession

it puts them in a bind - they are officers of the court first

and the defendants counsel second.

They may suspect , they may realize by false alibi statements

but they never willingly ask them point blank of their guilt or

innocence .

I honestly don't think KC has told JB a thing. Why would she tell anyone? I think he is reacting to the evidence.

Also referring to Monoxide's post above (I don't know how to reply to more than one quote).

Agreed, he is reacting to the evidence AND he also "knows" several versions of KC's versions of the truth, constantly adjusted and detailled, during all those hours of attorney visits. And her explanations of the latest LP revelations.

Blah blah blah.

It's fun to think that she is also "betraying" her attorney. Sociopath that she is.

: )

Right you are. But look at the body language whenever JB is around or escorting KC. He thinks he knows compelling reasons and all that stuff. Hello, fly to the web.

: )

I don't think she told JB. If she tried to, he probably discouraged it. However, I do believe he has his ideas on what happened.
