Who will be the Defense Forensic Expert Now?

Who can and Who can't leave this case? This is seeming like it is going down for the count...still having problems with all leaving due to "financial" issues...(especailly since they signed on "pro-bono" etc.....& the presentations they gave in front of the Judge about being "pro-bono")

I'd like to know the answer to that one, too, Zoey! I thought there was a certain date that passed that was the last date anyone could have left. IIRC, AL announced the day before this date. I'll have to look later, but I think it was the JAC rules kicking in on KC's indigency. But, I thought it read as though no one could resign after that date. That's probably why so many of these figures were "pro bono". Maybe that term keeps them from being obligated as JB is. Hmmmm!:waitasec:

Once any potential forensic expert sees whatever report that LKB saw or heard, that sent her running in defeat, they'll run too IMHO. My answer is nobody. We're stuck with an extra dose of mumbles I fear.
