I am the same, logicalgirl, still checking and waiting for...what? I can't believe she was acquitted. I can't believe no one will be held accountable for Caylee's death. I can't believe people are being paid for covering up a crime. So I check and i wait, thinking some natural laws of justice will prevail. But so far, they don't.

So, if KC is angry that JG is writing a book, then I am glad he is writing a book. If any of KC's (or the A's for that matter) perceived enemies make money from this case, then I am glad they will make money. Anything that wipes the smirk off her nasty face is good in my books.

I am disgusted that Caylee's grandparents are making money from her death via their 'foundation'. I am disgusted that Dr. Phil's ego is so huge he thinks he can wring truth from their lying necks. But if them being paid by Dr Phil annoys KC, or if what they say on the interview I will NOT be watching annoys her, then I can live with that too. Anything that makes her feel bad is a small crumb of justice for Caylee's death.

However, I fear she is in cahoots with them still, and some of the money they make will be funnelled to her. Nothing would surprise me now. Nothing. Caylee RIP.

There is no logical reason to believe that the Anthonys are not supporting KC.
They have been all along when she was in jail. Why would they stop now?

And since most of the media is very wary to interview KC directly, due to anticipated boycotts, the game plan was changed to use the next best thing, the Anthonys instead of KC. And KC will not be in competition with her parents, so the interview asking price can remain high.
Although , personally I find the Anthonys just as revolting/cunning as KC..

KC will still indirectly profit from the blood money IMO, plus she can hold on to her indigent status and keep creditors at bay.
Actually quite an ingenious scheme. The name of the game is not how much money you take in but how much you manage to keep. Funneling it thru a non profit is just dandy and will keep income taxes low..
Plus, IIRC, parents can give a certain annual amount as a gift to children that is not taxable. I thought the first 13g is tax free.

I can only speak for myself, but I'm not "curious" in the least about the Anthonys. As they should have done with the protesters, but didn't, they need to stop calling attention to themselves, retreat and hush.

Amazing that they didn't care to have a voice for Caylee, but yet they never seem to shut up.

Their "story" has been told, but more importantly, they have shown the public their story and what they're all about and it always ends in the letters "l-i-e" and/or "m-o-n-e-y". It's shameful.

Oh I agree - no worries there.

But nonetheless - we'll talk about it and get rid of some of this pent-up anger we are feeling. At least I will!

Ebay womded it ( weapon of mass destruction) since it violated at least three Ebay listing rules. It was not closed/sold by the seller, only Ebay can totally erase an auction out of existence with no foot print left.

This does not surprise me, Jessie and his dad have been trying to capitalize and grab their 15 minutes of fame since day one. Jessie dated Casey for ONE month, I doubt that makes him an expert on the Anthony family. I'd buy a book by the Anthony family before I would buy a book by Jessie.

If he loved Caylee the way he said he did, he would leave it alone and let her rest in peace instead of publishing a "tell all" book about the people she didn't know any better but to love. Sick.

I apologize in advance, but sometimes I can be a real dullard, but why would the Anthony family support Casey in jail? It is pretty much a free ride for criminals, right?

Do you think the Anthony family would risk the IRS backlash if they were to give Casey a monetary gift and then find out Casey did not report it as income? I've read they have a financial advisor, so you may be right, they may have found a way. Pretty infuriating if you ask me.

Hopefully Jessie has a good attorney and content advisor, or he may find himself putting a smile on the Anthony's face, rather than a smirk, if he is charged with defamation. Knowing the Anthony family, they will be examining every word.

First;The major one was the line on "portion will be donated to the Caylee Memorial walkway" IMO. Ebay has their own charity program "Ebay Giving works" thru Mission Fish and if you do not want to use it, but list your auction as partly charity, there are some tough rules to follow. The auction practically broke everyone of those rules. As a credit to Ebay, they are very picky when it comes to folks using "donation" in their auction verbiage in order to make it look more legit/less predatory.

Second; used clothing must include a statement that it has been cleaned.

Third: if you use a real model for your used clothing that is not anonymous (KC was used), it must be listed in the adult section.

BBM - Jesse & FKC dated from Jan 2005 until 5 months after Caylee was born (after DNA proved he was not the father). A bit longer than ONE month . . .

It's nice to have a link as proof of the details we provide at WS. I hope every one (Jeff Ashton, Jesse Grund) makes tons off $$$ of FKC . . . while she & her 'rents & her attys makes nothing off Caylee. The Anthonys put money in her jail account so she could buy her snacks.
The Anthonys are allowed to make a yearly "gifts" to KC as their daughter that is not taxable as income/gift tax if under a certain amount.. It looks that might upto 26G per couple. See Ranch earlier post. Am not a CPA but that is the way I read it.

I know there was some post on TMZ or somewhere that $450,000 was rejected by the A's as not enough (!?!?!), allegedly, so $500,000 paid into their foundation and a Jeep seems like it was the tipping point for them.

I guess Caylee's life was worth this to them and now they can move on...
