KC did know a lot of boys in th LE....and how does the first tip date and time fit with KC in or out of Jail.....and any phone call or visit with anyone fit with the time frame?

I do think LE needs to do some explaining why that bag wasnt opened on the first call out there--- did they not find the bag? They wouldnt just not open a bag- somethings not adding up here

I agree. Forgive me if someone has already posted this but it's hard to get into the forum.

What is bothering me is that LE made it appear that the meter reader discovered the body while working/relieving himself. Initially, they seemed to have no knowledge of the other calls this man made in August. If they did, they didn't share it with the public. If LE interviewed this man thoroughly after the discovery, I would think the meter reader would have brought up those calls in the initial interview. Something isn't right with the meter reader. I pray I am wrong. Maybe LE didn't want the fact that he had made prior tip calls to be made public as part of some kind of damage control?

Roze, you can pray you're wrong but I think you're right. If that meter reader were completely innocent, he wouldn't have let that "suspicious bag" sit back there for four months without telling anyone except LE, and he wouldn't have said he went to relieve himself and just stumbled upon this bag! He's covering for someone! Maybe himself.... I hope we find out soon!

Jose Baez is going to jump all over this. He's going to use this as proof that the area was searched back in august as well as that the meter reader is the person who killed Caylee

I would like to know why this wasn't checked out "the right way" in August. Caylees body wouldn't have been as decomposed back then. Therefore there would be better evidence.

I am going through the posts and news articles from those dates, posters here on the 11th are discussing LE investigating a bad smell 3 miles from the Anthony home, on the 12th Nancy Grace is discussing police officers called to the scene to investigate bad smell near Anthony home, dead animal found.

Where are you seeing this... if so, then LE doesn't think this guy is completely innocent... and wouldn't the calls reflect on KC's records, which we've already seen?

It's probably enough to plan reasonable doubt in a jury's mind and that's what her high-priced defense team is all about: confusing the jurors to get her off.

Probably some lazy cop who decided it was too much trouble to thoroughly investigate the scene.

The date the cop friend of KC's was fired was August 22nd. I wonder if he got the call.

I can't imagine LE not checking out all of KC's "friends", but if that is possible LE has an AWFUL lot to explain protecting one of their own regarding this case. I doubt it, but after today, who knows...

They just mentioned it on the Velez M show - One of the Talking heads

They better check his records because if they don't Jose Baez is going to have a valid point that they didn't exclude this guy

This will play into the defense's hands... Baez will ride this as far as he can. I don't think the guy that found Caylee had any hand in her death... but man does this put a kink in the chain of trying to figure out what is going on.

I started digging thru the tips, they seem to have only released 1500 of the 5000 and those are all psychic tips? Nothing on those dates I could find (except a couple of creepy ones about black trash bags, I know lots of bodies are found in them but still, and a particularly odd one about her being with the hamster).

Headline News; One of Jane's guests is saying she is sicking of hearing how reputable this meter reader is. She wants to know how Nieves knows he is reputable- did they do a background check, check his fingerprints, check his priors...
