If he were scheduled for work that night, whT time?
What time did he leave for work? What time did get there, how long did he work, was anyone else there, did anyone come there while he was working, did he take any breaks? How long?
I know that we don't have evidence to answer most of these questions. I hope LE does.
Oh and one more thing. Was JI self employed?
I have a friend that is kinda with the fire dept, who maintains indoor fire sprinklers for restaurants. He is considered an independent contractor, however is dibbied out work from a bigger contractor. He usually always makes his own hours, night or day. I wonder if this is the type of scheduling Jeremy could do. It has always stuck out in my mind that he went to do an all night job......for the first time!

Well we know that at the very least JI had a supervisor because I believe it came out that he was questioned, plus I think there was a story some time later where the supervisor was confronted (I don't know if by the public or reporters) and he told them to leave him alone.

We know JI was not at the house in the early evening based on nobody else seeing him while DB was talking out on the porch with SB. If I remember I think JI had a cell phone with him, tried to call DB and it went straight to a recording because DB had not paid the cell bill.

It's really impossible to rehash all the details and what is and is not 'factual' after all this time. My suggestion would be to peruse the early threads to kind of get an idea of what's went on. The aspect of the cell phone (who had what phones, etc) is a massive thread all on it's own.

kansas city star reporter deann smith posted that she had discovered/heard information about "starbucks" that has not been publicized by either the media or LE... she didn't elaborate and said nothing more when asked for more details. i've always held onto this when people post about jeremy having a solid alibi by being at work that night...

I wonder about this statement, too. I wonder if he was there alone or working outside of camera range and had the opportunity to leave or a chunk of time that is not accounted for. With the unpublicized info, JI being the one who stated he was cleared, and him walking out of the interview, it makes you wonder just what's what in his alibi.

I personally have no idea what happened but I do think that if JI's alibi was in question that LE would want more interviews with him...they just keep on asking for a one on one with DB. Maybe it is all a bunch of bull and they both did it but LE seems focused on her so I think that he is accounted for one way or another.

I think LE is focused on both of them, for different reasons, but nonetheless both of them.

I think LE had/has questions for Jeremy, he and deb refused to be interviewed separately by LE, and he/they lawyered up.

I believe that Jeremy had a work cell phone and I would assume that he took it to work that night. It's been reported that he used his work cell phone to make the 911 call.

As Bradley crumpled to the floor in a heap and sobbed, Irwin called 911 via his work cell phone.

LE may have used the pings from his work cell phone to verify his alibi of being at the Starbucks that night.

Police have been able to verify that Irwin was at the Starbucks until about 3:30 a.m. and nothing unusual occurred.

Who, if anyone has verified a living and awake baby Lisa prior to Jeremy going to work to pull an all nighter for the first time ever?
I'm not accusing of anything, just trying to eliminate what I think are obvious Q and A.
The goal here is to figure out what happened!
After all, we have a missing infant, an absentee father, and a drunk as a skunk mama! (which i question and cannot ever be proven) Oh! And cell phones missing too! Not one but three!!!!!

I'm not sure what your criteria is for "verified"? It's been said that the next door neighbor SB and her daughter where over to the house that afternoon and evening and saw Lisa but we haven't heard any statements from them. And Lisa's brothers where there but we don't know what they have said.

I'm don't think that calling a father who is at work an "absentee father" is very fair. I guess that I had an "absentee father" because my dad worked his off to support his family.

I'd rather not play games and we're supposed to support our post's with links if we're talking about facts and not just an opinion. Speculation still needs to be based on the facts as we know them or at least plausible with the facts as known.

Examiner.com articles are generally not allowed on Websleuths but Isabelle Zehnder is allowed for the Lisa Irwin case. It looked like you were interested in a timeline of Oct 3 and 4th and this one looks pretty good.

ETA: Some of the stuff that Isabelle has on her timeline is rumor ie anonymous sources so be careful what you bring to the forum from it.

So your saying that when Debbie and Jeremy were being interrogated separately, Jeremy may have lied about something and LE wants to get Debbie alone and have her show them that he lied? Sure, I guess that's possible.

Or maybe they have so little evidence that their hoping for a confession from Debbie in order to close the case. That's just as possible to me.

If I was in the KCPD shoes and I had some good evidence pointing to someone as being guilty in the disappearance of Lisa, this one year anniversary is a good time to let a little bit of that out to put some serious pressure on them.

I haven't seen that happen yet. JMO.

You don't have to believe that quote as being true. The point that I was trying to make was if Jeremy had his work cell phone on him, LE should have been able to track his movements that night. I think that LE knows he was at the Starbucks when he says he was, not because he said so, but because they know so.

Unless of course he simply left his cell phone there while he was out doing whatever.

It's also possible that he went to Starbucks when he claims, is seen doing something while there, and then left when he said.

Or possibly he left sometime during that time he arrived and the time he left.

There are several possibilities.

I distinctly remember Ron Rugen posting a picture of the Starbucks dumpster. It seemed rather cryptic to me, but now I have to wonder if it isn't related to what DeAnn said.

Ok, I see what your saying. But there is no way at this point that Debbie will say anything to LE that incriminates Jeremy whether she's alone or with her lawyer. JMO.
