Why hasn't there been an arrest?

IMO-The not knowing how would be a problem to a jury-most juries want to know how a person died-as for motive-the State does not have to proof a motive-but most juries & I say most want to know a motive.

but to bring charges against either of them and have this trial by jury, LE/the State have to know that the death was either an accident, negligence or murder and unless someone talks, i doubt they will obtain this info so no arrests thus far...

Wonder what evidence they have that made them do the searches? They sure weren't looking for a child that wandered off in the woods.

or to the landfill.

What about the lack of dog barking? Deborah Bradley said that her dog would bark if there was a stranger in their house.

Now that was bright of her to say!!

The glow worm toy could have been a potential choking hazard.

I am VERY confidant that this case will be solved. There are some truly dedicated people on this case, all the way around.

I hope you are right KsStormy, but what is dedication with lack of evidence? Not being snarky at all, I just don't see it unless LE has something(s) we are not aware of.

I'm also believe that there are some truly dedicated people working on this case. But like 4Jacy said, unless LE has some evidence that we are unaware of, then I not counting on an arrest any time soon.

I wonder why we don't hear more from the locals. Seems like some posters aren't on this case anymore.

The Lisa Irwin case never did have as many locals posting as compared to the Mickey Shunick case. Mickeys case had more new local posters than any case that I've followed on Websleuths.

Your right in saying that some posters don't seem to be on this case anymore. But they may just be reading, watching and waiting.

You may be right Ranch, but in the beginning a poster who lived in the same neighborhood (I won't dilvege her name) was always on here several times a day. Just kind of wondering what happened, Any thoughts? tia

Positively, LE has many things that we are not aware of.

Let me ask this - With LE being so tight lipped in this case, do you honestly think that every single detail of their case has been broadcast to the public?

People have work and family issues which can take precedence over posting here. I have to respect that possibility. Or maybe the member is participating on another website that we have no knowledge of. Hard to say.

If you just had a post removed-I am pretty sure you know why.

If Deborah is guilty, why hasn't she been arrested?

Do you believe LE has a lack of evidence? Do you think they need to find Lisa before they can move forward? How big of a role is the benefactor and their team playing in Deborah being a free woman? How much power do they really have---or are we mistaking TV air time for power/influence?

(BTW, if you think an intruder is responsible, feel free to comment too.)

I'd like to revisit the original post and ask if it's possible that an intruder came into the house and took Lisa away.

I would have to say that it's certainly possible for that to happen.

Is there evidence that this took place? We have the tampered with window screen and the stolen cell phones. And LE may have more evidence supporting an intruder taking Lisa.

They may be working on that angle at this point and that's why there's been no arrest yet. But it's hard to say.

I know the answer to THAT one; however I don't think I would be allowed to talk about it, due to the rules of the forum.

Could you at least tell us which rule prevents you from speaking?
