Why hasn't there been an arrest?

Pretty sure the forum discussions are restricted to public knowledge, things in the news, etc., correct?

I'd like to revisit the original post and ask if it's possible that an intruder came into the house and took Lisa away.

I would have to say that it's certainly possible for that to happen.

Is there evidence that this took place? We have the tampered with window screen and the stolen cell phones. And LE may have more evidence supporting an intruder taking Lisa.

They may be working on that angle at this point and that's why there's been no arrest yet. But it's hard to say.

I agree, an intruder is possible. That, and the fact that Lisa hasn't been found, are the two main reasons there hasn't been an arrest IMO.

Yes, your correct. Another thing were not supposed to do is post about something that you can't talk about. That's considered to be baiting. I know something but I can't tell you kind of thing.

Where's the forensic evidence of an intruder? DNA, prints, hair, fibers? Nothing on the window sill? I can't buy into the intruder theory because LE might have compelling evidence of one. What if they have even stronger evidence that the parents were involved that they aren't sharing? It works both ways. Also, LE hasn't done any investigating in the house since the way beginning of the case, and like I've said many times, they definitely didn't treat the parents like they were innocent. So it's hard for me to believe that in the past two months (since D&J said during their little press tour in May that they didn't have a good relationship with LE) that LE has now found evidence to support the intruder theory.

BBM I always come back to the known HRD hit and the unknown to us reason why those 7 particular items were removed the day of the SW execution. My thinking is that if there were overt signs those items had evidence of an intruder, they would have been taken in prior searches. We know (by news video clips) there were at least 3 dogs brought out the day the warrant was executed. It is not a stretch to me to conclude why those particular items were taken then. :moo: I would love to know precisely where those items were removed from. Multiple rooms makes it even less likely an intruder was dinking about in their home to me. :moo:

Deborah Bradley said that her dog would bark if there was a stranger in their house.

does anyone have the source for this statement? i'm also wondering what -if anything- deb has said to try to mitigate this remark... thanks.

If a decomposed Lisa is found, how exact would the time of death be? Say they did find her body, and it had too much medication in it, or it was shaken baby syndrome, or drowning, whatever, DB/JI could say this happened after Lisa was "abducted".

Would like your input for any who know. tia

Deb said this in a Judge J interview-I have tried to find it-but can't.I do remember her asking both J/D this question & Deb saying yes-it would bark at strangers.

i would hope that the total lack of evidence of a SODDI at the house and the plethora of "circumstantial evidence" surrounding the parents and at the house would render any assertion like this baseless to LE. i do believe LE is smarter than those residing @ 3620 north lister :)

I also hope the LE is smarter, however, remember the slimy defense team. They could say all finger prints had been wiped by SODDI, and that the murder had been committed after Lisa was abducted. Just a thought, perhaps a long-shot, but I never put anything past defense teams.

I agree. I think the defense is hard at work on the "reasonable doubt" agenda, for sure.

so while carrying a baby & 3 phones SODDI was able to completely wipe all surfaces down on the way out? what an amazingly agile and coordinated stealth ninja kidnapper!!! :D

lol, but remember how defense attys. spin things. Don't trust them for a second!

If everyone can agree that LE has information/evidence that has not been divulged to the public, why is it out of the realm of possibility that some of that information/evidence points to an SODDI?

If they do have some evidence pointing to an intruder, it was discovered in the last two months, since even the parents made it clear during their May interviews that they still don't have a good relationship with LE. I would certainly hope that LE wouldn't give them reason to be frustrated with them if they find evidence the parents weren't involved long before. LE's behavior, from October to at least May, tells me that they don't believe in D&J's innocence, and even D&J will admit that.

I don't think LE is under obligation to make nice with the parents or to even divulge every single aspect of their investigation, whether it favors them or not. But that's just my opinion.

When did I ever say that LE had to reveal everything about their investigation? They could be very general, and just tell the parents that they found evidence of an intruder, so they could start working together to find him or her. After all, aren't the parents refusing to speak to LE because they don't want to end up being "wrongly" arrested? Wouldn't LE want to establish that they are the same side now so they can clear up any bad blood? And no, LE doesn't have to make nice with the parents but I don't see why they wouldn't be considerate and respectful to parents who they believe had their daughter abducted. Do you think LE was/is rude to the Shunicks, Desiree and Kaine, Beth Holloway, and all the other innocent parents? Of course not. The questioning of the parents I just mentioned is probably a very different atmosphere than the questioning of parents LE believes are guilty, and that's why D&J have refused to cooperate.

Why would LE tell the parents they have evidence of an intruder? It is the parents who say there was an intruder, is LE now supposed to confirm with that that yes, they believe there was an intruder and didn't think they were lying from the get go?

It's the parents who should cooperate with LE, not the other way around. LE is trying to do their job, in this case find a missing child. They are going to do that job whether the parents believe them to be the devil incarnate or not. Your point seems to be that if LE truly believes that the parents are not guilty of anything that their behavior toward the parents would be different and I disagree. They would like more information from the parents and I think they would want more information from them whether there was evidence that pointed to an SODDI or not.

If LE tell the parents that they have evidence of an intruder, then maybe the parents would sit down and talk with them, because they wouldn't have to worry about LE trying to extract a confession from them, like they did back in October, according to Deborah.

Sorry to interrupt here, but please help me refresh my memory; didn't DB say in one interview that LE told her "We know you did it, and we have nothing."?
