You know, this DT has made me paranoid, but this wording bugs me - feels like a red herring. "Lippman said Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, advised his client against the meeting." <------ so, did his client refuse or not???????

I just hope JB is ready for the wrath of Casey once she is convicted?? If Casey can accuse her own friends and family of the things she has tried to accuse them of... just think what she is going to do to her attorney's once they don't come and visit her in her new home.

Does anyone know if Casey was intending to return to Amscot after she left her car there? Is there any evidence that she back near Amscot according to her pings? I've read theories about her hoping the car would be stolen...does not make sense since she went and bought a gas can with Amy. FROM *MY* memory, I think Jean Carsez said on InSession today, the jail has agreed not to release it right away, but that it will be released at some point. I will see if I can find that and upload it ---- but then again, she might not have had all the facts yet.

LOL wonder what Lippman thought when Baez came out and everyone just walked away from him to follow JB.

Honest I'm happy to disagree it's just that I seem to have invested more energy in being annoyed or disgusted at CA's behavior than I have at ICA - that I am now "just so over it" as the younger folks say. I want her to fall off the edge of the world I live in at the end of this trial and I will make a point of never listening to a news blurb or article about her again. That's all.

That's why that duck is just that duck. I've flatlined on CA.

I'm just the opposite. ICA disgusts me. I have yet to see any redeeming qualities about her. The lying, stealing, disrespect, all around bs she pulled. CA has worked many years to make an honest living to take care of her family. There are a few here and there that shine through once in awhile imo. Most importantly for me is that CA loved Caylee very much and wanted her found.Can't say the same thing about Casey. In addition CA is supporting her daughter and there for her, again unlike anything Casey did for Caylee. I don't consider CA MOTY either and I can't say what Casey really is imo because I will get banned.

I noticed that it was the media that first stated about the jail not releasing the jailhouse video, however, has the jail released a public statement to the media via MSM sites?

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony rejected her mother's request for a jailhouse video visit Saturday morning, according to a jail spokesman. Jail officials say Casey notified a housing officer during routine cell checks around 7:00am that she was aware of the request and that she wanted to decline it.

One has to put the request in prior to the visit it's up to the prisoner to accept or decline it...and ICA declined at 7am today...she told the jail guard she was aware of this visit and didn't want to accept it...see the news article abpve...JMHO
