Why Have George and Cindy Requested a Video Visitation With Casey?

Dante and Annie lived at Sawgrass.

But Annie didn't live there anymore and Casey didn't have much contact with Dante by than. I remember the detectives told her in her interview at Universal that they saw the videotapes of Sawgrass and she's not appearing in them. They probably would have cameras in the office too. I never heard them mention she was even at the office. And besides her mother I think a few of her friends said they heard call the nanny Zanny way before June 17th which is when Zenaida visited the apartment.

She picked out an apt. that was vacant...and had been for a long time...so there was no finding the apartment that Zenaida looked at.

And she thought the cops would believe that Zenaida used to live in that apartment since it was vacant....she didn't think they would check?

Would love to know how the State is feeling right about now. Very confident, concerned, angry,etc..... They know how dirty the defense team can be, trying every trick in the book to get Casey off. And JA does seem to get rattled easily while Linda always remains cool.....
I'm sure the DT is going to try everything in the book to try and not seat a jury.....the suspense is getting to me............

re: LolaMoon08 last post

I agree with you on she needed the car. But I think after a while she started to think there is just too much evidence. She must have realized she could not hide the smell of any other evidence. She hoped it would just disappear. Otherwise she would have retrieved it from Amscot with Amy's money. Someone pointed out she knew it was towed, but I wonder how she knew it was towed. Do they have records of her calling to inquire about it. How did she know it was towed? I don't think there is any evidence she called to inquire it. I never heard that. If she went back to Amscot she would only know it was gone and didn't know if it was towed or stolen. So many questions....
She didn't care so the good news was that it was gone. I just posted this on the 31 days thread...Casey said a lot of things...for example, here she planned on going to PR (IIRC)...text to Amy

JULY 10TH 2008

8. AM- so i'm looking at a couple more places today and finding a flight tonight :-)

ETA: sorry for the OT

That's why she was initially arrested...all her stories were lies.

I'm very interested in why ICA's parents want to talk to her before the trial begins. Is the Defense going to cast doubt using her parents?

I believe CA discussed her exasperation with GA and their martial problems with ICA enough to make it impossible for ICA to respect her father. He was the one that CA wanted to divorce without giving up the house, etc.,

Easy to see how ICA might just throw her own father under the bus. Will she have CA's blessings? Are they all going to stick together like a corporation or not? What about Lee?

This could go anywhere!

Also, is seems like it was some coincidence that the Zenaida Gonzales in the civil suit just happened to visit Sawgrass right around the time that Caylee is missing. I find that really bizzare. And lawyers for Zenaida seemed to imply that Casey was there and thats how she got the name. But that does not make any sense to me. What was she looking for an apartment there and she went in the rental office when Zenaida was there? But she would not have known if Zenaida was going to rent and which apt.? Also I think a few people besides Cindy happened to here the name Zany before the date that Zenaida shows up there?
Haven't read the rest of this thread yet, to see if it was answered, but Zanny has been proposed as the code name for the drug Xanax, so maybe she was giving Caylee Xanax to drug her other times. Then she moved on to Chloroform. When the real ZF-G went to the Sawgrass Apts., and Casey was there- she did have friends who were living there, IIRC:waitasec:, she probably spotted ZF-G's visitor card, and thought- AHA! I have a real name to use for "Zanny".* "Zanny" can be the nickname for Zenaida.
I too think she left the tote bag in the car as incentive for thieves to steal the car, and then she'd be rid of the smell problem. She didn't bother to think that Cindy and George would be notified.
* Casey bases alot of her lies on real info, like adding lots of details to make them seem more real. For example- we now know that Zanny's trip to Jacksonville and subsequent car accident were based on Amy's totaled car and planned trip to Jacksonville.

That's why she was initially arrested...all her stories were lies.
Also, any normal person wouldn't lead police down a hallway that ends with no possible office that they ever worked in... Casey figured LE would just believe her if she was bold enough to walk into the building, always worked with her parents!

Also, on May 31st, Ricardo said he went to sleep and Caylee was still there. When he woke up, ICA said her mom had called & told her to bring Caylee home, and the baby wasn't there! Cindy said that never happened, that she had NEVER told ICA to bring the baby home. So who had Caylee that night???

Video states she was called on the phone and told, she said "thank you."

Then she showed up at 9 am, and gave an envelope with money for ICA's commisary account.

Can we say "enabler"???

And not just money - did I read $400.00?!?!

I guess Cindy doesn't anticipate ICA walking out on Mason's arm anytime soon, huh? :waitasec:

I doubt she can take along any extra snack cakes when she's transferred to the Big House. :floorlaugh:

Personally? I think Zanny is real!!

But she comes in a pill form . :(

Wonder if this was money from CA's disability? :waitasec: I know they have put money on the books before, but can't help but wonder if this time it wasn't a ploy to get ica to have a bit of feeling to allow her a visit? Didn't work, CA didn't look too happy coming away from the drop off window, but she covered it good because the media cameras were there, for her, You know it is always about CA and that close up Mr. DeMille:crazy:.

She also told Amy her dad must have picked up the car. There are records that she did call him, by his own words:loser:. So, I doubt tow truck went through her mind. Who knows with this gal, lies so much or what is it, half truths:floorlaugh:

I thought there was a limit amount. Wow, $400!?! ICA will be able to buy new friends trading snack cakes for favors.

I can get sound on every other Site but wftv, does anyone have any advice on how to fix it.
I need to get it fixed by Monday.. LOL

Yeah, but if she called him and told him where the car was he would not have waited to get the car until he recieved the notice from the tow company on July 15th. Anway, there's no way she would have called her dad because of the smell in the car. Even if Jesse or Amy went there with her I bet you she would have gotten them to just drop her off. I can't imagine she wanted anyone to get close to the car. I'm trying to remember where she was waiting for Tony when he picked her up from there. Also, did someone say there's a gas station right at that intersection where the Amscot is?

You're making my point, all the more reason that her "plan" was for someone to steal the car. By leaving it at a check cashing place- not always the best clientele, and by parking it next to the dumpster to mask the smell, and leaving a bag that looks like a purse in it, makes it all the more attractive to someone to steal, IMO:twocents:...
She didn't count on it being towed, and the tow company notifying her parents.

One of her friend's or was it Richard Grund said she could not do it all alone...she's not that smart. I agree she's not that smart, but how smart do you have to be do that alone? What I'm amazed at is all her friends said she acted normal like nothing happened. I think the average person would be a nervous wreck after they dropped their child's corpse in the woods....for quite a while too....regardless of whether it was premeditated or an accident with a cover up.
