Yes, of course...presume innocence...until guilt can be proven. If we all act upon suspicion and assumption, who would ever receive a fair trial? Our country is founded on law...above all, we are a people of law. If ever we cede that basic ideal we become nothing less than anarchists. No matter how "likely" we perceive a person's guilt...the law has the onus of proving it beyond reasonable doubt. If we do not hold to that tenet, any one of us, or ours, risks the loss of liberty...based upon presumption of guilt.

That applies ONLY to the courtroom. Not personal opinion.

OJ was found not guilty. That doesn't mean that we have to believe it.

OJ was found not guilty - he was not found innocent. To be innocent, someone else would have had to be found guilty. Not guilty means that the prosecution did not prove guilt. It in no way implies innocence. They still haven't found anyone yet
. I wonder how OJ's search for that guilty party is going these days?

This is just a thought of mine..........why would GA quit LE (11 years) in Ohio, take wife and 2 tots to Fla, work MANY security jobs? Anything hapen in Ohio area? Are the "A"
family living in a bubble? What about girlfriend GA was suppose to be with during his divorse from CA. Wonder why he went back after separated 2 ? years? Was he even around when KC had Caylee?

Per Rick, no g.f. GA had a Net gambling habit. CA almost divorced him. He is listed as the plaintiff, because he got to the courthouse first.

They went to counseling, and got back together.

What happened in Ohio is that between the gambling and the failure to profit from the car dealership, they went broke.

I belive Cindy was working as RN at a nursing home --- I believe that is what she stated but then.....

I personally wouldn't even want to be on that families Christmas card bit....however, can you imagine what this years letter of whatever they did this past 12 months could be like???

No, she works for Gentiva. That's a home health care agency.

Like, that she suspected JG "from day one." Or, that KC was "afraid of JG," and that JG, "is the only one who could threaten KC, like that." You missed THOSE statements?
Those statements, made by Cindy in her police interview, were not in the interview with Jesse Grund, which is what was being discussed.

He's still doggedly searching the bars, golf courses, and D-list parties. ;-)

I'm very curious as to why GA left the force as well.

His brother Rick did mention on another forum that after he left he tried work with his own (GA's) Dad at their family car dealership. That didn't work out. He later had his own car dealership which also, apparently didn't work out.

Apart from this scrap of info. that Rick has offered up, we know nothing.

Rick is Cindy's brother iirc. He also said something about George tossing his dad through the glass window at the dealership, didn't he or am I remembering wrong?

Brini, Isn't OJ in Vegas Baby Vegas waiting for sentencing for "kidnapping" and in jail waiting for that. Or is he just in the jail looking for the killers?

So we heard.

I'll repeat the question. Do you have a link to Cindy accusing any of Casey's friends?

Check out the CA interview Part II, where she accuses JG and AH.

Why would anyone who supports them want their name out there for the media and public to pick apart? Anyone any everyone involved even in the slightest way has had that happen.

Has he been sentenced? I know he was found guilty on all counts, but sentencing usually takes place at a later date. Depending on length of sentence if he will spend it in prison or in jail.

Cindy had every right and RESPONSIBILITY to share her suspicions with LE. That's what people are supposed to do. If she'd been right and Jesse was the culprit, she'd be a hero right now. Cindy never said a word against Amy, she said basically that she's realized that when Casey told her Caylee was with Zanny, that she was really with Jesse or Amy or whoever was babysitting her at the time.

JBean with all love and the utmost respect, I beg to differ Cindy knew when that car was brought home what it smelled like, she waited over 6 hours to say it.

It's awfully hard for a nurse to miss the odor of decomp. Once you smell it, you know what it is, and you never, ever forget it.

That's what my father(ex-LE) told me as well.

Yes, and that's fine.

But, don't insist that she never said anything.

Oh, yeah! That's right! Vegas, Baby, Vagas jail is where he will be searching for the REAL killer, for a LOOOOOOOONG time.

I couldn't disagree with you more. My husband is in the medical field and it's a virtual Peyton Place. What doctor is sleeping with what nurse. Who did it in the examining room during working hours. Who is gay and who isn't. It was like a bunch of old biddies gossiping over the back fence.

i've been in healthcare 16 yrs. you have nailed it on the head!

if this were ME in jail...you better believe some of my coworkers would be speaking out saying things like "we always thought she was crazy" "she howled at the moon you know..." things like that, lol.....

i think we are also discussing the police interview, honey.I see several references to it.

I didn't insist that she never said anything. I said she never publicly accused anyone.
