Why isn't the house from video being searched?

OK, if you were going to do a "set-up" tape for the defense, wouldn't you make a decent quality video?

Who knows ???......looks like IF they really thought they were going to find Caylee it woulda been a excellent tape.......wasn't the *paid* PI supposed to be still looking for a live Caylee last Nov. ??

I just think they're taping everything, in hopes proof LE didn't do a thorough job.

I don't recall seeing what appears to be pieces of drywall and/or acoustic ceilng tiles in the PI video where he was searching the bags. Would that indicate someone else has been there and dumped more stuff since the PI's were there in November?

I'm so proud that we managed to locate THE house! It was a relief to have a concret project to work on and solve. Now that we've accomplished that, there are a couple of things that are really bothering me about this house.

1. I'm sure that LE knows where the house is now and hopefully knew as soon as they interviewed Hoover. Yet I can't understand why they aren't all over it. Wheither it was the physic or someone else directing Dominic, obviously they knew where the body was, which means they also knew where something else pertinent was at that house. The property needs to be searched.

2. It's making me insane that when WYTV interviewed the physic, she was not asked the most important question. What was she telling him to look for at the house?

3. Why have LE not contacted and questioned the physic? I don't want to be negative about LE down there but at this point it feels like they are letting potentially HUGE stuff fall through the cracks.

I am a new member and have been following this forum since the beginning of this case. I have lived in Florida for 20 years and this case has definitely been the most disturbing and perplexing of any that I remember. I am in total awe and respect for the amazing WS members who research to uncover the truth and do it with so much intellect and compassion.

My take: I do not believe anyone wanted this video to ever be made public.
Just by going back to the events before the public knew about this video's existence:

The remains were found on Dec. 11 by the MR.

GA,CA were notified of this and the location by LE on their way back from that "interesting" interview with LK, they go into seclusion, lawyer up, stop talking to the media and stay away from the Suburban/Hopespring area.

LA retains a lawyer who then states that, through LA's investigation, he may be charged with obstruction of justice.

The A's lawyer goes public that they are seeking immunity before talking to LE.

The two PI's lawyer up, start their "mistruths", change their stories, distance themselves from each other.

The A's lawyer tries to discredit JH and his versions of the events and casts blame on his intentions.

I believe the A's, especially LA with the PIs were all working together to find the body (they knew she was not alive).

It was LA on the phone in the video with DC and was giving him specific info either from JB/KC or more likely from his own analysis of KC's comments about "still close"' ZFG, and maybe even more specific info about concrete and black bags, given to him from DC. (Info that was supposed to be privileged.)

Remember in one of the earlier video interviews, LA was talking about having connections or knowing people in the PI field and we know he, from "day one"
was conducting his own investigation.

I do not think they found the body (still not sure what their intentions were if they did)

What happened to totally put all these players into a complete tailspin is that the body was then finally found in that same area that they videotaped and then JH, without their knowledge, started to brag about having a video (either thinking this would prove the body was not there in Nov or he saw it as a "get rich quick" scheme.)

This video now out in public shows the A's and LA withholding possible info about where the body or evidence was from LE and DC giving them info that he was not supposed to due to his privilege with JB.

Now the A's, their lawyer, the PI'S, their lawyers and LA and his lawyer are all tripping over each other to blame the other and put their own spin on why they did not go to LE with any info they had.

I don't think that JB was directly involved with the video but I am sure if anything was found it was going to be turned over to him to help with KC's defense.

LE may know that the house was searched and videoed based on LA's inaccurate guessing and is not interested in it.

But LE is very interested in who knew what, when and why they did not inform LE. And JB is not happy with what information DC might have telling despite his laywer privalage.

They were there. One was laying on top of one of the trash bags and he tossed it off before he cut into it.

Sorry if this has already been asked, but just caught on to this thread and and the original one searching for the house, and haven't had the chance to read both threads yet, but wasn't there an abandoned house, way back in the beginning of the investigation, that LE was searching, in the neighborhood?

I seem to remember the media reporting on it, and it being discussed on the threads. Anyone remember? Is this the same house? Does anyone else remember that, or did I dream that?

I meant THE house on the video. and we can see that it is the house based on the videos and the pictures taken by our poster there yesterday.

This is another red-herring.

Don't think for a minute that this hasn't been checked out completely by LE. This is a high profile case and they aren't going to leave any stone unturned. Not one! JMO

Interesting - Do you remember the interview with LA and KC and they are speaking there coded ways and he says somthing to the fact that when you speak to the detecitves we have to be very direct - if you are unsure of the spelling you need to say this....Does anyone confirm the first name of the owner I believe was "Heranon" something very close to Fernandez. - On the flip side of all this wasn't Zenedia supposed to have a lot of money??? That house does not give me the impression of having a lot of Money? I hope that LE had sent a forensic team over there to check out the house? Do we know if the house is actually abanoned or are the oweners out if the country - I had heard both? If little Caylee was in the house her prints should have been somewhere?

The home shows to be owned by H. Gonzalez and E. Gonzalez since 2002. Prior to that it was owned by N. Gonzalez from 1990 to 2002. So it has been in the Gonzalez name for many years.

If they had found remains (per Kio's LE interview), why didn't LE ???...(& when remains are found in this area later, again LE looks bad)

If this 'new house' ends up being important, defense can claim that they checked out ALL tips & found evidence.....& LE didn't.

I had to post after lurking through all of yesterday's incredible sleuthing.

I so want to go the the OCSO and demand an immediate and complete search of the "house" and anything within a 10 mile radius.

Then I stop and remember that within hours after the remains were found, LE immediately obtained a search warrant, went to the A's house, secured it and removed lots of items.

So now I have to believe that LE has decided that the value of that abandoned house is the video itself not anything actually at the house or it would have been a repeat of what happened at the A's house.

I remember the look that the lead detective had on his face as he walked out after the meeting with JH and his laywer after they handed over the video. Kind of cat and canary-like.

When the detective was asked by one of the media reporters if it was helpful to the case, he had a very amused smile on his face.

I remember thinking how odd that smile was especially during such a tragic murder investigation. If we stop and remember that it seems that some in this case think they are smarter than LE, I am sure now that this video has come out, they are feeling like the canary.

This video may not have helped to uncover actual physical evidence, but just as important, may finally force some of the A's to stop their "mistruths" and cooperate with LE or face the consequences. Up until this video the A's felt untouchable no matter what they said or did. Now, whether through force or fear of prosecution, they may do what normal, greiving grandparents should.

Although I really question anything any of them say whether under oath or not.

Yes, it's Hernan Gonzalez. FERNANDEZ. Pretty similar IMO. Has anybody thought that maybe KC would leave Caylee at the Gonzalez home when she drugged her?
