actually HOTYH is on to something,coverup is not part of my RDI theory since I believe whether RDI or IDI that this was pre-meditated or evolved into something bigger and deadlier as it went along.......however some of the PR statements in interviews made me think of exactly those three words mentioned soooo he just made me reconsider my stance on the PR accident/cover up theory...

Hard decision between theatricality (which finally won out), and losing status. I think these motives were far more important to the Ramsey's than the threat of prison time. That's why the delay in reporting her death... if they really cared for their daughter, they would have called 911 when she was still alive if her death was an accident they caused. Okay let's say for the sake of argument that the garrote is part of a staging.How can we know what they covered-up for anyway,was it the accidental head bash or the sexual assault?

What if it's the other way around.Her head was accidentally bashed during a sexual game and the garrote was an erotic device.

We just can't know what really happened there even if RDI,we will never know who did what.The evidence that is public doesn't tell us any of this.

That's my theory for the most part! And for the record, I am a JDI, with Patsy's help with the cover-up and RN. She was a "Stand By Your Man" kinda' gal and JB's death did need to be spectacular!

And let's be fair. Based on the volume of speculation which often evolved into some contorted form of unconfirmed truth, they were convicted of this murder hundreds of thousands of times in books, tabloid garbage, mainline media, television, broadcast and transmitted, magazines, internet, etc.

The fibers are only claimed to exist. They were claimed to exist by investigators that were attempting to get PR to cave or admit that they had smoking gun evidence. It was a despicable ploy that didn't work.

Have you seen these fibers and if so when? Where?

Nobody who hasn't quit LE is waving the PR fiber or PR handwriting banner, or touting these things as if they actually exist.

I suggest reviewing what you don't know, instead of what you think you know to be real: What happened from 11 PM to 6 AM? Who actually handled either the cord, tape, paintbrush, pen, paper, or JBR during that time? How many times were they handled? By how many people?

Who owns the cord? the tape? the handwriting? the DNA?

The DNA is real, submitted to CODIS by the FBI. It has been partially profiled: it was discovered on the inside crotch of JBR's underwear and it belongs to a male not living there. That should be enough of a profile for most people.

ETA: I have looked at the docs in this case. I have read much on this case, and I still come back to what my "intuition" or opinion says.

The Ramsey's allowed JB to be molested. The molestation went too far, and JB died. The person who was molesting her is a person the Ramseys would cover up for, because of the status they have in society. This is a part of how some people live. Incest and molestation is THE dirtiest secret families have.

This little girl was dressed up like a sexy woman and paraded around for the pleasure of adults. Patsy was molested as a child and so allowed it to happen to her daughter. That is how these things happen. This happened in my family and so you can know that my theory stems from knowing that these things happen in families. When you have some understanding that some children are the sexual playthings for the adults in their life, really what happened to JB stops being a mystery.

The only reason there is so much controversy surrounding this case is because the truth of what happened is more than we can all handle. JB was sexually molested and strangled, her head hit...(not necessarily in that order) in her own house during Christmas.

The "ransom" note shows the social workings of the Ramseys...fat cat threats, bonuses, foreign factions, beheading...these are the realities and words of those that run in political circles: not average everyday people. I think the key to all of this is how JR made his money. He was who he was because he married PR. I think Patsy's dad was the molester, and the one in control of the family. They had to cover for him.

Nor does sweeping loose ends under the rug. And boy have you got some mighty loose ends with the inside crotch DNA, unmatched handwriting, and guess what: no known motive. How on earth do you expect to get a theory across as more than just a theory where the motive is guesswork? At least I know I have a theory, whereas RDI seems to think they graduated beyond theorydom. Like its a 'better' theory, despite mounting evidence to the contrary.

In order for IDI to sweep stuff under the rug, it first has to actually exist. I can't confirm that fibers or prior abuse aren't just claims. Myth, case lore found only on forums and tabs (formerly) and not in the news.

I'm pleased No 1, Inconsistent Statements isn't against the law!! There'd be nobody left on this forum for a start.

No 3. The Pineapple. Aside from the fact that her parents say she didn't eat it in their presence, what has it to do with the murder? Unless it was drugged or poisoned, (and RDI assure us that it was tested), it is merely an anomaly, neither is it an artifact, nor is it evidence.
