I attempted some searches by various combinations of her name and didn’t locate any likely matches in Indiana obituaries. I hope this is resolved someday.

I was wondering why "wisconsin" NaMus was one short. I think they moved Audrey over to Indiana: The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
"Audrey was last seen walking around the corner away from the bus stop and this was the last known location of her. She reportedly stated that she did not want to return. Though last known to be Indianapolis, IN, a missing persons report was filed in with her hometown local law enforcement agency, Sauk County Sheriff's Office (Wisconsin)."

Any other old UIDs go down recently?

Not on my computer anymore and I only checked Wisconsin and Indiana before shutting down for the evening, and there was no UID from Indiana, while for Wisconsis the most recent one was UP7405 but, per @HmmMysterious that UID was identified as a lady from IL who had not been reported missing. I’ll take another look tomorrow to see if other cases stand out as a possible match.

I checked the UIDs and none of them stand out. I selected the cases removed this year, found before the 2000s and excluded males and black/AA persons. The Wisconsin lady is still the closest one, but doesn't really match..

If I had to guess, either running her Social Security # or having one of her children take an AncestryDNA test that matched with a child she had post-disappearance.
