Prosecutors say a hidden camera captured a 19-year-old Rothschild babysitter hitting a 4-month-old baby hard enough that the swing the baby was in moved across the floor.

Jennifer Cronin is charged with one count of felony child abuse. Court records say her preliminary hearing is scheduled April 25.

March 2014- She got 20 months in prison and 4 years of probation.

Jennifer Cronin reached a plea deal with prosecutors in November. She pleaded guilty to two counts of intentionally causing child abuse. As result, a charge of recklessly causing child abuse was dismissed, but can be considered during sentencing
