he will be during state...she will give him one chance in person and then will get him out. State will be short and to the point....then it is his turn...again I think he will go so off legal case that she may have to shut him down. I think this will happen yet this afternoon.

He retracted the insanity plea.....was that before or after testing etc.? I think that could have been his only possible defense that have given him any chance. Pleading not guilty to virtually every charge? Never was going to fly.

Boy oh boy, listening to all the jury instructions is rough…..so many names, so much disrespect for their lives……I always listen to the jury instructions because they name all the victims and what the defendant legally did to the victims or what the defendant is accused of doing to the victims…..but these instructions are really rough…….my opinions only.

this judge is very likable and therefore I bet jury likes her and takes offense to the way DB has treated her including yelling, questioning her credentials and in general had no respect for her. His "with all due respect" is so bogus. That does not help him at all.
