He was ready to call the next witness and address the “legal issue” later but she preempted him. Get as many of his witnesses done as possible while he’s calm. I blame her for this one. He was calmly going on and made his request respectfully.

So close to getting in all of his witnesses today and she stops it??? And I did hear DA Opper say "defendant" in a taunting way which was not necessary. I imagine it is very difficult but she has been great up to now...lets keep this going to a verdict.

I hate to say this but this judge is losing my respect. She should have known this would happen with E and maybe the smarter move would be to save her for last and then close it out just like today. I question whether we even continue today. Will she follow thru if he does not call another witness?

Yes I agree DA Opper said “defendant” with a tone! He’s pushing everyone’s limits. I think the judge is floundering this afternoon. <modsnip: vulgarity>! If she would stop going back and forth so much she wouldn’t be as taxed IMO.
