Police in Menomonie are on the lookout for a missing elderly man. A Silver Alert was issued Tuesday afternoon for 60-year-old David Twite who was last seen at a treatment center in Menomonie.

Twite has dementia and other cognitive disabilities.

He may have been seen leaving a Motel 6 around 10am Tuesday morning.

Twite is 5-foot-6, 160 pounds, and was wearing a dark blue windbreaker, light blue jeans, and a yellow brimmed hat.
