Douglas is described as a white male, 66 years of age, 5’1, 185 pounds, blond hair, blue eyes.
Douglas may have traveled to Canada or Minnesota.

Douglas August Nowak was last seen in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 9th, 1986. He has never been heard from again.

He was reported missing by his mother. Douglas was suffering from mental health issues when he went missing. He may have traveled to Adams County in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Canada.

Douglas is a white male, 6’1”, and 185 pounds. He has blond/strawberry hair, blue eyes, and wire-rimmed glasses.

Douglas was 30 years old when he went missing. He would be 66 years old today.

At the time he disappeared he was married to a Debbie Davidson. She remarried in 1990 (if Nowak was declared dead, I didn’t see it anywhere. Same for divorce.) she died in 2019. Based on obituaries of family, they all believe he died in 1986.

One non-Virginia comp I’m not linking it as it’s post mortem. But exclusion was MP28661 (the person with Chicano tattooed on their hand) in case you really want to see it. There are a few untested bones in Wisconsin and I don’t know if they are currently being tested or if the sheriffs just ignore it. I don’t know how we can encourage them to test them all.

I think it's right, but the family probably had him declared deceased. I wish they had cases saved that go back that far.
