Sgt. Fitzpatrick advised Bill he would be taken into custody for physical abuse of a child and Bill stated, "I don't know why this is considered abuse...this isn't intentional.”

Among injuries documented: seven rib fractures, clavicle fracture, fractures to both femurs, eye hemorrhage, chest contusion, and a wrist fracture
, the complaint states.

Well if this isn't abuse I would hate to see what his definition of abuse is.

From your link :

"... The mother told police she had seen Page strike the child’s chest about a week prior....'
Rbm.
Wonder if she was too afraid of William to call the police and report him ?

If she worked outside the home, she could have made a call when away; but the article doesn't say.
Hoping he will never be allowed around the baby any more.
Ugh.
Omo.

yeah, I was left feeling a certain way when reading mom knew he was behaving aggressively toward the infant and yet continued to carry on as normal after seeing such behaviors.
