Sgt. Fitzpatrick advised Bill he would be taken into custody for physical abuse of a child and Bill stated, "I don't know why this is considered abuse...this isn't intentional.”

Among injuries documented: seven rib fractures, clavicle fracture, fractures to both femurs, eye hemorrhage, chest contusion, and a wrist fracture
, the complaint states.

Well if this isn't abuse I would hate to see what his definition of abuse is.

From your link :

"... The mother told police she had seen Page strike the child’s chest about a week prior....'
Rbm.
Wonder if she was too afraid of William to call the police and report him ?

If she worked outside the home, she could have made a call when away; but the article doesn't say.
Hoping he will never be allowed around the baby any more.
Ugh.
Omo.

yeah, I was left feeling a certain way when reading mom knew he was behaving aggressively toward the infant and yet continued to carry on as normal after seeing such behaviors.

Sorry: no passes given for fear or SV to parents who are aware of or witness abuse nope not when it comes to blatantly abusing helpless children. In the moment fear maybe but doing nothing? Nope

There have been quite a few cases just like this lately. What is going on with people? If you can't handle a crying infant, walk away until you're calm. It's one thing to have one moment of severe anger and then realize you need to just stay away from the child and figure yourself out and quite another to inflict these severe numerous injuries on an infant.

IMO both parents need full work-ups (psychological, medical...)

I know, what is wrong with people????? It is just crazy to see tiny infants being beaten up by their so-called parents. It is so depressing, devastating, ugh.....What are we doing?
