By just clicking on the link it opened in photoshop for me. To see the full 24 page document I saved/downloaded the target and then opened it with adobe acrobat reader via the "open with" option.

Completely detailed inventory of what was taken. Some things that caught my attention: "head of human hair (bro)", "blond hair bridges, saviour smith", novel innocent rage by vernon seitz", 1 size 2 & 1/2 grey child's shoe"...

The descriptions for the pencil drawings are revealing.

I cannot comprehend this statement: "We have no information to substantiate any allegation that the deceased [suspect] was involved in any missing children cases or homicides of children,” police spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz.

Or this statement: "“We have exhausted all possible angles in this case. If we receive credible information that warrants investigation, we will pursue it.”

What do we know about the video Seitz had of Jacob before the abduction? Was it a family made video? Or is it in the form of stalking filmed by Seitz himself? He could have been following Jacob around and filming him.

A photo of Jacob and a video of him before his abduction. It was unclear whether the video was news footage or who took it.
Dozens of VHS videos and pornographic photos.
Numerous sketches, drawings and paintings of nude boys, with sex and bondage themes.
Handcuffs.
A pair of children's shoes and another single shoe, size 2 1/2.

This twincities article gives a little different detail on a few things. It states some of these items discussed were "on Seitz's bed near his body." Perhaps he always slept in a disheveled mess or perhaps this stuff was the last stuff he looked thru before dying.

Also states there were "bondage devices hanging from the rafters."

The article also gives a date for Seitz's abduction from the zoo as a child. June 19, 1959. States he was with family at the zoo. I wonder if there are living family members who can verify this. Unthinkable that your child is taken from a public place for 8 or so hours, then returned with a hideous tale to tell.... and they shrug it off?!!! Wow. I think the important part of this detail is that it gives a date that some "14 year old boy" would have been shot by Seitz and another (younger?) child shot by his abductors in front of Seitz.

That bothers me too. But it also bothers me that she told the public part of it. She had a duty to report when her patient told of killing someone. But only telling LE. In giving it to media she broke patient confidentiality. You can't do half measures, picking and choosing what part of a patients history you can talk about.

The monthly appts with a therapist sounds like the minumum appts that someone could do and still get their medicine. Most psychiatrists will require the patient keep in regular contact with the agency while they are on medication. The psychiatrist sees them every few months and the therapist sees them the rest of the time. So possibly he was on some type of medication.

Yes, good point. It was reported that he was on meds prescribed by Dr. Fetter which were removed by LE, but no mention of what those were.

If they were related to sexual activity in any way, Im gonna hurl

ITA, why go through the trouble of putting new concrete in your basement and digging up whatever was in your yard to leave that there? It does not say what specifically it was, but I would really want to know if whatever it is was configured for adults, or gulp, children.

I think LE needs to go through every square inch of the house. They need to get the numbers off his caller id, his address book, (if he had one) every scrap of paper. Don't pedophile's network with each other? If he didn't kidnap Jacob or any kids I believe he may know who did and their identity could be found on his property.

Isn't there some way of testing soil to see if it ever had dead matter in it? I saw that once on CSI. There was no body, but they could determine that a body had once been there. If that's possible (and not just made up for TV), that seems like a lead they could explore.

I totally agree, my concern is, that given the statements by LE, they won't.

There is, your right, but I dont the capabilities of their forensics lab. I also dont know if they have used cadaver dogs at any of the 3 properties.

I really hope the FBI gets involved, as MPD keeps denying that the evidence found in Seitz' home is irrelevant.

Seitz lived close to Dahmer at one time, only 6 miles away; and Seitz' fathers house was 37 miles away from Lanphear. I think there may be a possibility these sickos organize themselves somehow.

Why would Seitz, who had a map with the name of a missing woman, Sandy Bertolas, not contact her family with his "psychic spew"? Perhaps he's guilty?


IMO, i don't see Seitz on a "Mission of Mercy", claiming to have psychic powers, i see him as a man feeding of the pain of families with missing children. It still doesn't explain all they've found in this house, the 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, the torture devices, the "trophies" of hair and shoes.

I hope LE does do it, and they need to ask the FBI for help. Pedophiles do network with each other, that's why we see when a huge child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 bust goes down, many are arrested. I wonder if any of the videos were taken at Seitz's home with his torture equipment.

Okay, nevermind that didn't work, if someone has a list of what they found, can they please post it? It won't open anything aside from the first page with photoshop or acrobat..
