His license has been suspended multiple times, was reinstated, suspended again. There is a "notice of certification" related to the last suspension but I don't believe that's the same as an "Order to Set Aside" or "Reinstatement" which is issued when a license is reinstated so he may not have driving privileges now.
In 2018 his address was a prison in Arkansas (from the paternity case Case Number 2003PA000006PJ referenced below)
