Apparently they didn’t want the public warning people this guy is dangerous and turned off comments. I even emailed them practically begging them to let people know he’s got a recent battery and dv history. What a despicable move.

That’s his sister in the picture. She doesn’t know where he is, she said. I think she’s doing what she can but the case is really quiet. I really wish I could ask if anyone checked the house and outbuildings, etc carefully. But that’s an uncomfortable question… “hey sheriff did you do your job?” So I’ve been avoiding it. I hope his sister is able to push them to talk about the case more and maybe get tips.
