When I googled KZ's Milwaukee address (post 121) the above article came up.

I checked to see if the apt. building where KZ lives has an indoor parking garage.
Between the two towers, there's a garage. The article explains some problems the building had.
Since 2011, the probs have been addressed and units intended as condos are being rented out instead.

Therefore, if KZ has a car, he may have driven out of the garage with Kelly inside his vehicle.
What if he lied to LE about owning a car?
Just like we previously discussed the trash chute/garbage room/trash system as a possible way to remove Kelly from the building, why wouldn't it be possible to remove her via the garage?

My heart goes out to Kelly's mother and father. I hope they get some answers soon.

In the article above, Kelly's dad mentions that he spoke to Kelly briefly after she got off work on Wednesday.
No further mention of any communication on Kelly's phone after Wednesday (i.e., the Friday 10AM activity mentioned on Kelly's phone earlier).
Recently, I've read that both parents say they spoke to Kelly last after she finished work on Wednesday.

I'm wondering if LE doesn't want discussion of details beyond Thursday while they work to put evidence together and decide what is or isn't true. I try to keep in mind that anybody can use any phone to send a text if it isn't password protected.

Twenty-three videos found on KZ's computer (in a file called Limewire, a peer-to-peer file sharing program), SHOWING adults HAVING SEX with children as young as two years old.
Omg, those poor helpless innocent babies. Truly, this calls for castration of the adults in those videos. There's no excuse for this behavior, not one.

Sorry, but I want people to take in how heinous the behavior/sexual preference is that we're talking about here.

If Kelly's life has been taken, she led LE to uncover one small inroad to these crimes against children.
Look how the perps of these crimes blend in working as VPs in tidy sophisticated structures. Spit.
I'm feeling stronger that she may have gotten wind of this activity herself somehow.

I decided to read the criminal complaint - simply horrific and disgusting! I so badly wish the police could use the LimeWire info to track down the sickos sharing these videos, but even more importantly, to identify these poor innocent children!! These babies need to be found and removed from their abusive environments! There has to be a way!!!!:banghead:

Among them:

ADA argued KZ easily could post the $75,000 and asked for a bail amount closer to $500,000 (but only got it raised to $250,000). She cited KZ's six-figure annual income, his apartment that costs about $2,000 a month and his family's resources, including information that KZ's father resides in Florida and was preparing to purchase an island off the Florida coast.

ADA also added, in relation to Kelly's disappearance, "It's my understanding that (KZ) is still a person of interest, (KZ's) statements thus far are not really adding up, and he is still very much a focus of investigators in relation to this missing persons case."

I just came to this thread today, although I've been following this story in the news. Someone commented a few pages back (when the $5,000 bail was set for the drug charges) about a $500 cash bond vs. bail. A reminder--in Wisconsin, we don't have a bail-bondsman system--so if bail is set at $250,000, you have to pony up (or have someone else willing to do so) the entire, actual $250,000. So unless this guy has a lot of liquid assets (or a close friend or family member willing to bet $250,000 he's not going to run), he's not going anywhere anytime soon.

I was wondering why the 'bond' amount was never reported as I know that the 'bail' amount is usually ten percent of the 'bond' amount.
I was confused when I read an article earlier today where they reported that the new bail is set at 250,000 dollars. As I read further into the article, the last sentence informed that the bail is now set at 80,000 dollars. I was unable to make sense of those two figures stated within the same article as the bail amounts, even if the larger amount had been misstated as bail when it should have been called bond.

The reporting really stinks these days. I feel badly when I make mistakes on WS. Numerous paid reporters don't seem to give a hoot as to the quality of their work these days imo.

Come on Milwaukee LE ~ please solve this and find Kelly.
This is taking too long. It would be nice if they'd give a presser or release some kind of an official statement. LE's complete silence irks me - almost like sending a message to the public that we shouldn't care. There are people who care and who pay attention to cases and notice those that get solved to include the police work that took place to make that happen.

Has LE ever spoken out about Kelly's case? Not to my knowledge.

I agree, the worst part was the graphic description of each at the bottom half of the complaint. These guys are evil and need to be found.No girl can grow up normal with this happening her at such young ages.

Since we don't have a bail-bondsman system here, 'bail' and 'bond' are used more-or-less interchangeably, which I think can be confusing for folks from other states (I think we're one of the only states that does not allow bail-bondsmen).

However, his bond (or bail) amount has bounced around a *lot* in the past few days, which is confusing in itself. You can look up details of court case activity here: http://wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl . It looks like it was first set at $25,000 in the new case, then bumped to $75,000 (which, plus the $5,000 from the drug case would equal $80,000), then bumped to the $250,000. From what I've read, some of that had to do with whether GPS monitoring was available (some larger Wisconsin counties have bail-monitoring programs, to cut down on pre-conviction incarceration, although I'm not familiar with Milwaukee County's programs). Still, quite a bump...

If creeps didn't have an interest in the molestation and raping of innocent children then there would be no market for it! UGH!! I did read that report, and wish I hadn't. Just makes me sick to know there are children out there being harmed, for someone else's pleasure, and I can't understand it! They need to find those girls, and get them to safety!!! Anyone with interest in that type thing, well, there's no telling wth they are capable of thinking and doing! Add in the drugs and a deadly combination, IMO!

AH, ok, I wondered how a guy in his 30's with a liberal arts degree in business and economics was getting all these Director level IT jobs. Guessing his dad's somehow involved in the TRC company, probably as an investor. Tho I doubt TRC's IT needs are all that great, probably just desktop support functions for their sales and procurement folks.

After some more Googling, it appears Joyce Zocco may also go by Joyce Frye, who happens to be the COO at TRC. My guess is Frye is her maiden name (or second marriage name) and that she subsequently became divorced from Merrill after giving birth to KV.
