I decided to read the criminal complaint - simply horrific and disgusting! I so badly wish the police could use the LimeWire info to track down the sickos sharing these videos, but even more importantly, to identify these poor innocent children!! These babies need to be found and removed from their abusive environments! There has to be a way!!!!:banghead:

WARNING: I'm discussing the child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 so skip my post if you don't want to know about it.

Yeah, I read it too. Sickening. The two year old is extremely troublesome (I know they all are) because it says she was used for many films on different days. The baby and the perv were in different clothes for different vids. So this is a baby the man has access to on a regular basis. I'm gonna puke now.

I must admit my jaw hit the floor when I was catching up on the thread and read about these new charges! I'm sure he came across as a normal guy on the outside to everyone he knew. Poor Kelly, I wonder if she did find out about it somehow, as a few others have speculated.

Okay, so genius has Kelly buy his drugs so his hands are clean, but then doesn't bother to hide the drugs and child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 even AFTER the police have interviewed him? Woopsie! I know the computer wasn't at his house, but some of the vids were, correct? At least that's how I understood it. Still, I'd think if I were being questioned by police about a missing woman I'd get rid of my stash of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬, jus sayin. Throw the computer in a lake or something. I'm glad he didn't though. Hopefully LE can track down and save those kids now.

I just came to this thread today, although I've been following this story in the news. Someone commented a few pages back (when the $5,000 bail was set for the drug charges) about a $500 cash bond vs. bail. A reminder--in Wisconsin, we don't have a bail-bondsman system--so if bail is set at $250,000, you have to pony up (or have someone else willing to do so) the entire, actual $250,000. So unless this guy has a lot of liquid assets (or a close friend or family member willing to bet $250,000 he's not going to run), he's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Good to know! Thanks for the local information. I read that KZ makes a 6 figure salary and his dad was preparing to buy an island off of Florida (maybe not now) so that makes more sense.

Thank you for posting this info.
I was wondering why the 'bond' amount was never reported as I know that the 'bail' amount is usually ten percent of the 'bond' amount.
I was confused when I read an article earlier today where they reported that the new bail is set at 250,000 dollars. As I read further into the article, the last sentence informed that the bail is now set at 80,000 dollars. I was unable to make sense of those two figures stated within the same article as the bail amounts, even if the larger amount had been misstated as bail when it should have been called bond.

The reporting really stinks these days. I feel badly when I make mistakes on WS. Numerous paid reporters don't seem to give a hoot as to the quality of their work these days imo.

Welcome to the thread RLynne!

BBM Nodding head vigorously in agreement. I've learned to take everything I read with a grain of salt. It's all about salaciousness and scooping everyone else. Truth isn't necessarily the main component it seems. But what else do we have?:banghead:

Search of landfill suspended due to heavy rain in Milwaukee area. I think the investigation has narrowed down to finding evidence against the one named person of interest.

I just read this whole thread. I used to live not far away from MKE in Madison. There is so much disturbing here. Praying for Kelly's safe return.

  • #266
I am about 45 minutes from Milwaukee and it has been raining the entire day.

Looks like mom got him the job at TRC. See record for Joyce R. Zocco here:

KV's record in this same database is here (I wonder who Merrill Zocco is - father?):

Merrill Zocco's record in this database is here but very little info:

Another connection to Naperville, Illinois. Nothing more about Kenosha, Wisconsin though.

The information on this thread about KZ's family is incorrect. His father is Paul Zocco. His stepmother is Dory (nickname) Zocco. His mother is Joyce Frye. His stepfather is Merrill Frye.

Has anyone heard if her family members all have alibis? Her father wrote something that seemed odd on one of her FB photos. It probably was totally innocent and meant nothing but it made me wonder. I hope everyone is being considered so they have a better shot at finding out what really happened.

The father's home is on the market in CA for $1.4 million. If it sells quickly, KZ will have his bail money (presuming the father is assisting his son).

Welcome to Websleuths, mke2013.

Have any of Kelly's friends confirmed that she used drugs? What if that whole story is a lie. Not that I'm saying it's not probable...but you'd have to approach the case from a different angle if she wasn't part of that world.

While yes his mother is Joyce and yes they work(ed) at the same company, he was an Executive of the company and on the board when the charges for drugs were filed. He was not a tech, a director, manager, but the VP and Chief Information Officer of the Company, reporting to the CEO. So, while his mother may have helped him get the job, you need to be educated and be professional in the office to hold down this position. Clearly, he was a different person out of the office. Not the first or the last time. It. Happens. Quite often.

Are they going to resume the search in the landfill today? Also, on a side note, why was KZ's apartment not blocked off immediately so that they wouldn't lose any potential evidence? Even if he hasn't been charged with the Kelly Dwyer disappearance....there were other crimes that occurred so couldn't it be justified? Perhaps legally you can't for some reason....

JMO, but I think LE were watching to see if anyone came and went from the apt, and if anyone removed anything. I 'think' I remember reading that he didn't go back home, but went to his Mom's? I remember a reporting that the apt hadn't been cleaned since LE was there the first time.

Btw, KZ is not really the jealous type. I can't really picture that scenario but I guess you never truly know someone.

  • #278
I don't think jealousy was his motive.

That child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 is horrible for anyone to possess! Those dear, defenseless babies! No excuses for that behavior. None whatsoever! Evil!

I don't really think she found that either. And, even if she did, he was regularly supplying her with cocaine for free. I don't think she would threaten to out him and be without her supply. They were obviously both suffering from addiction (if she in fact was doing lines at his home multiple times a week). Now if the story about her using cocaine is a lie, well then, she would be more apt to move forward and get him in trouble. Maybe it is a lie?! Did family or friends say she likes to experiment with drugs? I'm sure others in her social circle would know. Someone has to know. I wish someone who knew her would answer this question.

You're asking a fair question but, seriously? Of all the cases I've followed, Kelly's parents strike me as honest, grief stricken parents. I like the fact that her mother expressed her concerns about her daughter's possible vulnerabilities even giving an example (OKcupid). I doubt they know specifics regarding Kelly's drug use.
During interviews, her father's expressions show his pain written all over his face.
The words he used like, "curl up into a ball", describe, I imagine, how it must feel to have an endangered missing child, grown or not.
I'm usually suspicious of everyone. In this case, Kelly's parents never entered my radar of suspicion.

If I'm proven wrong, I quit.
