Police did not release a cause of death or describe what, if any, relationship existed between Zelich and the victims. Zelich had not been charged with a crime as of Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The identified woman was described in the report as a "potential vulnerable adult". Apparently she was not homeless so that, as far as I can think, leaves sex worker, drug dependent person, mentally disabled woman or emotionally disturbed individual.

Also, if the second female was "possibly white", then she must have been very decomposed.

I found a Laura Simonson on Facebook, from Minnesota, who hasn't posted since October 2013 but I'm not 100% its her, not much there though, even if it is.

Zelich lived in a West Allis apartment building at 8011 W. Lincoln Ave. On Wednesday, the block was taped off as deputies from the Walworth County Sheriff's Department searched the building. They were assisted by Town of Geneva police and West Allis police.

The thing the two victims seem to have in common, besides age range and sex, is their small builds.

This suspect, if he did it, sort of reminds me of a Neville Heath type.
