Circumstances of Disappearance: Patricia L. Tovar went missing from work on Monday November 16, 1964, in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County (WI). She had ridden to work with her sister-in-law and stepped out for a break, during the morning hours. Patricia was never seen again. Patricia's home residence was in Allenville, in Winnebago County.

I would have to link a bunch of documents and lay out a lot, but I wanted to give NAMUS a chance with the data. It'd kinda be doxxing if she's alive and I put all this info out there. If it clears up right away, I won't need to and she can preserve her privacy. If that makes any sense.
