Ok, I am VERY grateful that this darling child was found, but I find myself with many questions that I hope are answered soon, such as did they arrest the men she was with?

First of all I am overjoyed she was found safe! But I have more questions than answers. Anyone else feel something is really off with this whole story?
Have they given any more information? This is one of the more bizarre cases ive seen. They break in at 2:30 and take her and gunpoint and then just drop her off a few hours later outside an apartment building? What?
Glad it's a happy ending but there's gotta be more to this one.
Milwaukee authorities say a 3-year-old girl who was abducted at gunpoint from her home on the city’s north side was found safe about seven hours later. Police say Phoenix “Mariah” Dickens was found unharmed about 9:45 a.m. Monday. No arrests have been made.
Update: @MilwaukeePolice are still seeking 2 men wanted for the kidnapping of 3 y/o PhoenixDickens Monday. She was found safe 6 hours later. Police say they know who one of the two men is but haven’t made an arrest yet.#WISN12
This sounds like a personal vendetta, gang, drug, something like that. I know it's rare and doesn't happen a lot but we have seen it. It makes sense here.
This doesn't sound like a ransom, or a sex crime. It sounds personal. Especially since they know who they are looking for and found her so fast. Like they knew where to look.
MILWAUKEE -- The father of a 3-year-old girl kidnapped and found safe early Monday morning said police know who did it and there’s surveillance video of the suspects.

He said both his father and 12-year-old son were also held at gunpoint. He praised his son for being so brave.
“When he got the opportunity, he snuck out the back door and called 911,” said Dickens.
