On November 5, 2018, Rachel Elizabeth Hutcheson, age 19, was entered as an Endangered Missing Person in NCIC. We have been attempting to locate her. Rachel failed to show up at her place of employment on the weekend of Oct 27/28. Her whereabouts are still unknown; if you have information of where Rachel is, please contact the Prescott Police Department at 715-262-5512 or have Rachel contact us so we can check on her welfare.
