Long shot...Roxanne Fleming from Canaa somehow reminds me of this Jane Doe (third time I try to post this here) She is shorter then RJD and Native Canadian (would fit because my gut feeling say RJD is not totally "white". But anyway...I tried to get the comparison pictures in but nothing seems to work..I will try later.

There used to be and maybe still is a place on Highway 50 in Kenosha WI called the Brat Stop. They had Country/Western bands there back in the day. It was a common hangout place for the locals.

Also there was a police officer arrested in the general area for other murders, has that been mentioned? It probably has, but just in case I thought I would bring it up.

Hi Sweetluv...the stats are fitting quite well. I'm not sure about the looks. All Lisa's pictures (that I could find so fare) are not very clear. The story of Lisa sounds like abduction (she had a son, saved money at home, no coat and just went to buy something. Because Racine county JD was beaten so bad, they could have missed her possible concave sternum. I don't know about that kind of things (still learning) Her DNA is available according to Namus (I don't know where, it's still not 100 solid that there would be automatically a match). I also have read (as I recall right and not mixing up with other cases) in this thread that the list of ruled out women is much longer then published on Namus.

In my years on these threads, I've found that looks are the least important factor in a match. We've had some doppelgangers who turned out not to be a match, and some matches who barely resemble the recons or post-mortem photos at all. And one photo is never enough; people's appearance changes drastically depending on camera angle, lighting, position of the head, etc. Linda seems close enough to consider.

The abduction would fit with the way this JD was treated, but the timeline seems a bit long for that. It is possible she was held and mistreated for five years.

I think she's close enough to submit, if she's not on any of the ruleout lists.

I've kinda learned that, too, that you can't rely on a picture for an ID.
Case and point, the living JD in Nuevo Leon (sp, sorry), MX looks like a lot of male missing mp's, and he's got video and pictures to compare them to. Sadly, there was a report he has since died, which is tragic.
