D.A. Gravely about the man removed from the courtroom: Anything that can happen, has happened in this case. Defense: For once I agree with Mr. Gravely.
A man who appeared to be intoxicated walked into court and starting walking up the aisle in #ZachariahAnderson trial. Two deputies grabbed him and escorted him out.
The jury was present for the very long speaking objection/research AND for the man that was escorted out.
I actually would not have been surprised if the intoxicated man had a leprechaun costume on for St. Patrick's Day. Seem that would be been right in line with the craziness of the #ZachariahAnderson trial .

Lawyers going head to head, case jumpers back and forth. Anything goes in rollorcoaster ride as the Judge is trying to keep pace lol and folks just mosey in I guess to hang out with the judge, not boring hehe.

Judge says "the end is in sight." Recess until 9:00 am on Monday, March 20.

Close call today. Defense really seem to be focused on a mistrial. This trial definitely not boring.

Sadie Beachum, the ex-girlfriend of Zachariah Anderson, testified in a Wisconsin court that she was harassed at two in the morning while her new love interest was sleeping over. Beachum said her home was ding dong ditched and her guest, Rosalio Gutierrez Jr., believed that his car was broken into. The next day, Beachum said she spoke with Anderson, who knew facts about the sleepover that no one would know unless they were there.

April 2020 - Alleged stalking visits
During his high-profile trial, jurors have heard that Mr Anderson was jealous of his former partner’s new relationship and was spying on the couple.On 15 March 2023, Mr Anderson’s 15-year-old daughter took the stand to testify that her father had asked her to spy on her mother Ms Beacham and record “every single time my mother would get upset”.
She testified that he would “frequently” bring up Guttierez when she saw him.
Then, not long before Guttierez’s disappearance, Mr Anderson also allegedly took his daughter with him to spy on the couple.
On the night of 24 April 2020 – less than one month before the killing – she said that her father had driven them both to her mother’s home to watch Ms Beacham and Gutierrez through the window.
Anderson also went through Gutierrez’s truck and took photos of the vehicle’s licence plate and registration, she said.
He then rang the doorbell of the home and fled, she said.
The teenager also testified that her father told her about his plans to follow his love rival – who he referred to using a racial slur.
“He said something about showing him who the man was, and I didn’t quite understand, but you kind of caught onto things that my dad was referring to or was implying,” she said.
“My dad said to me, he said ‘I may just watch him or follow him to his house one time just for the fun of it.’ Those were his exact words to me.”

Yes, and he parked as far away from main entrance as possible (opening argument).
I missed so much of this trial and tried to catch up. Doubt that I will, but it’s been interesting. Really hope that Rosalio’s body is found. Unfortunately, it may have been scattered around several different locations. Moo
