Another Observation: Speculated that out of respect to minor daughter, not to cause any intimidation ... counsels was seated as she testified; however, it appears that counsels remain seated as witnesses testify, and I wonder is that the norm for this court? moo

Sifting through ZA's phone records and IMO shows the records of a stalkers check list. ZA was even phoning the neighbors to see what car's were parked out there along with using find my phone app. ZA's daughter was a key witness despite the talk of the mom being the star witness. The daughter was there on ZA's stalking adventure and put a good thorn in the defenses case. The family who stalks together stays together is not a preferred method to keep families together lol.Got distracted and missed much of trial thus far.

Yup yesterday was the day of memes with the defendant as a well as his ex-girlfriend who testified for the state making hand and face gestures at the daughter who was up on the stand. Outburst from a spectator and lawyers texting possible no no's. So far today everyone chilling but the day ain't over lol.Wait, what??? There was already a prior mistrial in this case last year? OK, at least the Defendant did not cause the earlier mistrial. Was thinking this guy is a real piece of work (still think that though!).

A Wisconsin detective pointed out Thursday that obsessive ex-boyfriend #ZachariahAnderson searched for store hours of general home improvement stores in the early hours of May 18, a day after he allegedly murdered his ex-girlfriend's new lover Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr. on May 17.
Not even an hour into trial (after returning from lunch) and already a break is called.

According to a detective, investigators found that obsessive ex-boyfriend #ZachariahAnderson's van smelled like bleach, the carpet was ripped out, and apparent blood during a search warrant. Anderson is accused of killing his ex-girlfriend's new lover Rosalio Gutierrez, Jr.
I know defense attorneys are persona non grata around WS, and it's neither her nor there, but ZA's defense attorney is pretty darn cute.

I believe that this judge Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder presided in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse.Zachariah J. Anderson, 42, is set for Monday morning before Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder. Opening statements could be presented to the jury as early as Tuesday in the trial expected to last about two weeks.
Anderson is accused of killing Rosalio Gutierrez Jr., of Kenosha inside his Wood Creek apartment unit on the city’s north side nearly three years ago.
Gutierrez went missing on May 17, 2020. His body has never been found.
Anderson is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, a Class A felony that carries a sentence of life in prison if he is found guilty. Anderson is also charged with hiding a corpse and two counts of stalking, all felonies.

The family does own a tree farm and would be a good place to dispose of a body and ZA's home and family property both have burn pits a burned bleach bottle and articles of clothing were found at both locations. ZA's actions sure put him in the suspect circle and that ole gut feeling pointing at him as well, crazy justice train chicken is onboard with this theory too.
