ZA is handcuffed and does not look well, imo. Definitely a different look and mannerism than during trial.

Prosecutor is speaking and advising that ZA does not deserve to ever live outside of a prison.
“You took me for granted and you’ll never get the same respect back,” #ZachariahAnderson’s daughter cried while giving an impact statement at her father’s murder sentencing Tuesday.
Prosecution is seeking life imprisonment without parole.
Not that it matters for this ultimate conclusion for him, but I gotta says kudos to the defense for arguing the “complete” and “inaccurate” and not factual statements in the PSI, they just wanted noted on the record. I thought the State was pretty sloppy in some aspects of this case - even with the their conviction they got - it’s disappointing, if true, that multiple inaccurate “facts” got put into an official document that helps the Court decide his fate. But I guess that’s why they have a hearing for this huh?

Anderson was convicted of killing her mother’s new boyfriend, #RosalioGutierrez, during a fit of jealousy. “You need to work on yourself if you ever want your baby girl back,” the daughter concluded.

The son of murder victim #RosalioGutierrezJr. slammed his convicted killer, #ZachariahAnderson, for murdering his father during impact statements in court Tuesday. "I began to feel hatred towards this disgusting, jealous man," he said.
Gutierrez was killed in May 2020, his body has never been found.
Judge Bruce Schroeder's decision: 50 years (2 yrs, 2 more yrs, 6 more yrs + 40 years = 50 years) total.
Need to confirm...basically he did get life imprisonment and after 40 years served is eligible for parole.
