These are just SOME of the charges he has in Arkansas if indeed, Gary Francis Day of Arkansas is the Gary F. Day that's the POI (sorry, but I go on duty here shortly). What is troublesome, is there appears to have been a child with another teen (from the news article I linked earlier in this thread), and then charges of endangering the welfare of a child (affidavit from the judicial system attached) and that child being placed with DHS and charges of domestic battery since then. IMO... Something keeps jumping out at me as to how they could have met, he has a criminal background, he's 40, possibly from another state. I keep thinking church or a retreat that he could have volunteered at. I have nothing to point me this way but it keeps popping into my head on how they could have met other then online and there isn't much out there on these 2 online predictor. Also. The now ex wife was 19 when they were arrested, but the baby was 4 months old, and pregnancy usually lasts 9 months, meaning she was a year younger at the time of conception

Per court filings and criminal complaint:

• Franklin's parents tried to restrict her internet access but she continued to gain access.
• Franklin and Day began talking online in April 2024.
• Day came to Wisconsin, picked up Franklin and took her to Arkansas. She was found in Arkansas and returned home last year.
• Franklin's parents came across a conversation in late January while using a computer. Investigators believe that conversation was between Franklin and Day, and there was a fight. There was also mention that Day was on probation in Arkansas for an abuse conviction, and said he stayed out past curfew and that his ankle monitor was flashing.
