I still believe someone is helping him

It's highly likely someone is. Which technically means this is probably a good thing, even if it's an illegal thing. Hopefully the further along she gets she realizes she needs to be home with the people who love her.

Do you think they are planning to have the baby wherever they are hiding? A 16 year old cannot handle a natural birth in my opinion. Even if they think she can, wait until the first contraction.

Yet think of the teens who conceal pregnancy and births, I think they can be more resilient than we give them credit for. I’ve had 2 home births with no pain relief (which was fine, couldn’t pay me to go to a hospital unless I needed it), but even still I could not imagine doing that alone with no midwife. Yet there are a surprising number of young people who do and don’t reach out for help.

Curious if LE has investigated GD's cell phone and/or a possible landline if he had access to either looking for communications with a possible accomplice?
SF's phone too.
Can LE get warrants to see the activity and contacts being made on one's phone if they don't have the phone(s)?

I don't see "no news is good news" when it's about SF but if you're right and there is someone helping them then with all things considered what GD could be capable of doing to her then it could be the best possibility for her in a dangerous situation with a very dangerous man.

Something tells me though that to harbor a fugitive like GFD the person has to be beyond stupid or actually doesn't know he was wanted criminal.
It's hard to imagine that GFD has anyone who would want to help him financially and/or giving him/them a roof over their heads out of the goodness of their heart.
I would think that LE has and would continue to check out any known possibilities.
One being that GFD was on the internet and may have found some other deranged creep to help him?
There are millions of people out there that have no idea who SF & GFD are and that there's an Amber Alert out for SF.

I think someone is definitely helping him IMO JMO! Financially as he hasnt left any atm signs etc. And I am guessing has given him a place to hideout also. There would need to be a whole team to stake out certain people he knows, without getting into specifics as to who exactly. I think they are not on the move as despite his nondescript looks at least someone would recognize them. The more time that goes on the more she will need medical attention and in 5 or so months then what?! They need to be found pronto!

As far as Sophie giving birth and being only 16, young women having been doing that Neanderthal times. Not the best way, but it happens. I would hope, though, that the closer the time comes, the more she get nervous about it. That could prod her to seek medical attention. If she started getting Braxton-Hicks contractions maybe, would that even be anything she would know about? I only knew about that when my friends in my 20s started having babies. Did That Man rush out and buy her a copy of What To Expect When You're Expecting? At 16, I had only the vaguest ideas of what being pregnant was like. I knew much more about what caused it.

How does Western Union work these days? Could someone send him money that way, if he had good enough fake ID? How thoroughly was the area around his hometown searched? Maybe I have a vivid imagination, but I'm having thoughts of an abandoned cold war bunker or something similar. Pre-stocked, ready and waiting for them.

I think if you are on probation having a job is usually mandated.
We do know that in the police report SF paid for his motels when he was on his way to get her.
So far we have no idea what either one could have had in cash when they took off.
Hopefully for SF if the thrill is gone she plans and executes a safe escape.
Being pregnant under the best of circumstances can be tough, no less being 16, on the run and with no support system.

You'd think LE would be able to get a warrant for phone company(s) for copies of outgoing and incoming calls, texts.
Since he lived with his mother a landline may also be involved?

No, because he's the biggest child in the relationship. If they are getting help, it would be easier to find them unless they are getting help from unsuspecting people who have no idea who they are. They could be working somewhere in exchange for lodge/food/payment under the table for little to no scrutiny. I think it would be smart to alert the public to look for them this way, imo.

Just hoping he is being good to her... Where are they sleeping & eating? She needs to eat healthy food for herself and for the baby. Where is the money for all this? Are they getting along okay? Is she sick in the mornings or whenever? Has she seen an OB/GYN? (doubtful, IMO). SMH. This is a tuff one...

I don't know how far along she is, but it seems most people assume they are keeping the baby.
Maybe he's trying to get her somewhere for her to abort. Whether per her wishes (and against the parents') or his, or both.

Also churches should be alerted at least in the states LE has issued Amber Alerts, Michigan,Arkansas and Missouri, (3 states that they're most likely not in.)
People in need go to churches for all kinds of help, locals and transits.
Soup kitchens and food banks too.
