If they haven’t found the skull yet, I suspect The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs). Antonio Guerrero
Partial remains of Antonio were found in Lake Michigan a while ago & dropping some remains in Sturtevant & some 20 minutes 2 Lake Michigan (minimum depending where in Sturtevant they’re found) I would think is unlikely.. I wish there was more information about the discovery .. the location, conditions, how there’s now on namus that remains have been found multiple times.. the people like us who do frequent these sites are on here usually 2 help just hoping they can see a match or the poor fams who are desperately searching deserve more info.. either don’t post anything @ all or post it clear enough for jist of stuff… its bs there’s halfass info like this & if u ask for more details u get told either they cannot release info then the numbers posted 2 contact them don’t even have a detective assigned & u don’t get a call/back. U would think if LE released that much they’d @ least say where found or how long they could’ve been there.. witnesses could remember something weird around there.

I think the problem is they discovered it in their storage. Sturtevant is where the medical examiner is. They had to fill out certain things to get it on NaMus and they put in the very little they knew. By guess is they added the dna sequence on the law enforcement side hoping for a match and don’t expect people to know who this is. Something similar happened with the 1930 Rothschild doe, they found it in storage. But at least there were some details they knew about that one. There are at least three other craniums in Wisconsin with no known info, including two that were handed over from colleges who had them for presumably legit reasons, like archaeology or medical sciences.

Could this be Rosalio Gutierrez? NamUs Link
I know he's only been missing 5 or so years, and the probable age is off a bit, but the location of remains is close to where Rosalio was last seen.

Sturtevant is just the location of the ME's office, they have no idea where they were originally found, so they put their own location on it. so the location should be a non-factor, also the date found was just the date the ME either received the remains from Racine LE or located the stored remains at the office. They don't have info. @SarahSki - sorry
