Yes. Strange sort of activity for anyone to engage in. JMO
Distracted? Intoxicated? Did she go through the door or just bump it and dent it. Big difference.

Or was it even her driving? I wish we had more information. I do think that LE is concerned about the circumstances they witnessed and will actively investigate. At least I hope that is the case.

This picture is from Tara's Facebook page, posted on 2/2/23.
The reflection from her aviators shows her car is a mess. Realtors often have clients in their personal vehicles - so this speaks to her not having been actively selling for a while IMHO.

That's the line of thought I went down...that someone else driving her car may not be familiar with how to open the garage door...specifically if there wasn't an opener in her car.

It doesn't seem that there is anything new today. Unfortunately.
Tara we are looking for you and hope you will come home safe.

The Marathon County Sheriff’s Department continues to communicate with family members, friends, and loved ones. They are also working with Shawano County and the Metro Everest Police Department. A search has been going on for days, but other angles are also being considered.

“We have searched the area where her vehicle was found and the area where her cell phone was found multiple times. They’ve brought in drone teams, we’ve had ground search teams, we’ve brought in dogs as well,” said Severson.

Severson said Sullivan has some connections in the Fox Valley area and it’s possible she has left both Marathon and Shawano counties. Severson also said they are processing evidence like her phone and vehicle.

Do we know if Tara is licensed as a real estate agent in WA?

What’s Metro Everest PD?

Ha! Good catch, Knox. Looks like it should be Everest Metro PD.

The Everest Metropolitan Police Department is a multi-jurisdictional police department serving the City of Schofield as well as the Village and Town of Weston.

That unverified incident was based off a one-time comment on the News 9 WAOW FB page. If it did happen one would wonder if that was the suspicious circumstances that officers had found when they went to her residence to return the phone or if it was something else.

What I wonder about is why LE hasn't released a description of her vehicle (which was found on Old 29 Road adjacent to State Highway 29 in the Town of Seneca, Shawano County) in the event someone might recall any recent suspicious incidents involving that type/color of vehicle in the area.

In doing a public record Wisconsin Credential/Licensing Search under Real Estate Salesperson, it lists Credential/License# 77869, Tara Jane Sullivan, Waupaca, WI, Granted 11/06/2013, Expired 12/14/2022. There is no record of a license renewal. I think we can safely say the missing persons search is for a formerly licensed real estate agent.

"Meanwhile, Michelle Maiman and Hope Graff from Realty ONE Group Haven (with offices in Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh and Wausau) issued the following statement to be shared by the media:

“Tara Jane Sullivan has previously been affiliated with Realty ONE Group Haven, and during that time developed great friendships with all of those on our team. We are all cooperating with law enforcement to assist with their investigation. Our thoughts and prayers are with Tara and all who love and care for her, and we are hopeful for her safe return. We ask that anyone that has information that would assist law enforcement in her safe return, to please call the tip line.”

Michelle Maiman, the owner of the office in Appleton, confirmed that Tara Jane Sullivan has been working out of the company’s office in Wausau."

New here. I live in the Central Wisconsin Area.
Looks like she was going to be evicted from her residence back in November 2022
Wisconsin Circuit Court Access
In the court documents, the address listed for her as of November 2022 is 5816 Connie Lane, Weston, WI 54476
Hope this points somebody in the right direction

Well, Tara must have paid whatever was owed. On 12/7/22 the plaintiff dismissed the case. I wonder what's been going on in Tara's life lately?

Wondering if and when her family will hold a presser asking for information pertinent to finding Tara and bringing her home safely ?

Bbm.
The wording in this link makes it sound like LE think she could have left voluntarily ?

Did she have a boyfriend or a s/o ?
Any recent events in her life ?
Asking all of the usual questions, I know !

Well we know her real estate license expired in 12/22 and she had an eviction proceeding the prior month which was later dismissed. What has she been doing the last 4 months?? I hope she didn't borrow money from anyone shady. JMO

Maybe they stated that to encourage people to look for her beyond those two counties? Seems unlikely that she would go far without her phone and car, but it's not outside the realm of possibility

It wasn't stated what the condition of her vehicle was in when it was located. Was it drivable? IMO this is really important!!!
I grew up in Wisconsin and some of us kept sleeping bags and hot hands in our cars in winter in case they broke down.
10 days ago (April 17) two teenagers died of exposure near Rhinelander.
This was the night before Tara's phone was found.
On this night there was snow on the ground, a "second winter" my friend said.
Sometimes people aren't prepared for cold weather in spring
Also of importance, my husband used to drive frequently from Appleton to Eau Claire on this highway and he said it was very desolate at night
If she didn't have her phone (not sure if there is even cell service in this area) and her car broke down she may have left her car to search for help
