Does it sound like she may want to testify and attorney is trying to talk her out of it? moo

Imagine how hammered we would be if we all took a shot everytime he said mistrial
This is my kind of game though. I purposed we do nip bowling during conference calls at work. It was immediately declined.

Does it sound like she may want to testify and attorney is trying to talk her out of it? Or is she changing into another blouse?
moo
I hope she does.

  • #545
He will be begging and pleading her not to take the stand here

  • #546
Blimey there was a lot going on there...lost count of the request for mistrials. IMO it would not help her defense to testify....just from what I've seen on camera during the trial

The most narcissistic always want to take the stand.

  • #548
She’s finished either way. If she takes the stand it’s only to put on a freak show.

She will not testify.

Edited: Clarity. Defense stated his client will not be testifying.

This is a first to me, defense asking for a mistrial based on wedontknowwhodiditforsurebecausetherewerenowitnesses and shesaidshedintmeanto.

Alrighty then.

Well don't worry, judges apparently never grant this or side with the defense unless it's the Alissa Turney case.

Why wait until close to jurors deliberation to speak into the microphones? moo

  • #554
The Defense rest its case.

  • #555
Possibly instructions and closing arguments coming up. Jurors excused for now.

She's got nothing to lose by testifying or refraining from testifying.

It's not like she lied.
She has been upfront about all her actions.

She is guilty.
She said so.
Her lawyer won't accept her guilt is al.
Bizarre.

I have never heard of a "stun belt" before this! I guess that's a good thing though!
They give them to potentially violent people.
She tends to lose the rag and goes from zero to 90 at speed of light.
She attacked one of her attorneys in open court.
she also flung a chair across the room at her psychologist.

I've seen it a lot on defendants in recent trials, as reporters will mention them being worn. It's a controversial issue when googled. moo

Short recess.

Edited: We're back. Guards are standing near defendant! Guards are sitting down now.
