He was originally from Cranmoor, WI.
"Desota" is not a place - I think they mean DeSoto, WI

Timothy was reported missing in Desota, Wisconsin as well as in Wood County.

He has been known to hitchhike from Wisconsin to California and back several times.

Timothy has not been seen or heard from since. There are no photos available of Timothy and limited information about his case.

Timothy was 38 years old when he went missing. He would be 77 years old today.

The year before he went missing he had a lot of accidents and duis. Here’s just one: Drinking he was injured in at least two of the accidents.

Heres an article about him being missing Missing

They found some items of his clothing near his mom’s house in brown, sheriffs thought it likely hunters would find him. He was busted for a small theft (a shovel and some antifreeze) so yes, between that and duis he was in trouble, but not that much.

I’d like to know the mom’s address so we can focus near there.

Looks like the missing from information is wrong - he's missing from De Soto, not Wisconsin Rapids. The article above said they checked the bluffs and woods along WI-82, thing is, in De Soto these days that's smack dab in the middle of civilization. No woods or forests of any substance. Ignore me about his mom's house. It was the Ed Brown House, but I have no idea where that was.

He was a member of the Ho Chunk Nation, which historically has ties to DeSoto WI. Here is a screenshot of that article about him being missing. It seems like possible foul play. Did no one at the Brown’s home report him missing? If he was dropped off on Memorial Day - Memorial Day in 1982 was on Monday, May 31.

It seems that his sister reported him missing. I tried to figure out where Ed Brown lived, but I had no luck. If we could figure that out we'd at least have a starting place to find where he went. I also tried to find if they were friends or what. Not enough information out there. DeSoto is totally built up now as compared to what it looked like then, and the bluffs and woods along that road are mostly developed. I don't know where to begin.
