August 2012:

A federal judge has allowed a Superior man to withdraw his guilty plea to possessing child and set a Jan. 7 trial date for the case...

Timothy Urbanski, 48, had pleaded guilty to the possession charge May 15, but by May 29 he had filed a motion to withdraw his plea.

Urbanski claimed he didn't know there were sexually explicit images of minors on the DVD authorities seized at his residence in July 2011.

September 2012:

Timothy Urbanski 49, of Superior, Wis., was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb to 10 years in prison for possessing child . This prison term will be followed by a lifetime period of supervised release. Urbanski pleaded guilty to this charge on September 11, 2012...

Analysts found more than a thousand images of child on the items taken from the defendant's home.

The defendant's sentence was increased because he possessed more than 600 images, he distributed images by e-mail, and he possessed images involving prepubescent minors or minors who had not attained the age of 12 and sadism or violence.

In sentencing Urbanski to the maximum sentence available, Judge Crabb found him to be a danger to children.
