Found Deceased WI - William Sheeran, 59, Monroe, 23 June 2017

MONROE, Wis. (WMTV)--- The Adams County Sheriff's Office is looking for William J. Sheeren who was last seen on the 1600 block of Browndeer Dr. in the Township of Monroe on Friday June 23 at 3:45 p.m.

Sheeren is a 59 year old white man who is 5 feet 11 inches tall.

Authorities say he went for a walk from a seasonal property and does not know the area.

He was last seen wearing tan shorts, a black shirt with a White Sox logo, and White Sox hat.

Authorities say Sheeren has some medical concerns, but is not a danger to the community.

A press release from the Adams County Sheriff's Office says it's possible that Sheeran asked for and received a ride Friday evening.

Unidentified Body found in Adams County:

The body was found in the Town of Adams, outside of the city limits, Adams County Sheriff Sam Wollin said. The body had been there for some time and offers have not yet identified who it is, Wollin said. The cause is suspicious, he said.

Adams County has had four missing people reported in the past couple of months, and there are rumors about the identity of the person being one of those four people, Wollin said.

"There's been a number of rumors, but we have not confirmed the identity of the body we found," Wollin said.

Adams County sheriff's deputies are looking for William Sheeran of Chicago. The 59-year-old has been missing since June and was last seen near a boat landing, walking toward the observation deck at Petenwell Lake.
