Bishop (21/now 22) "mother" arrested (4/15/25), charged (4/17/25) & arraigned (4/17/25) with failure to act/sexual assault of child & 1st degree child sex assault-Sexual Contact or Sexual Intercourse w/person under age of 13. Modifier: Conspiracy to Commit. Plead not guilty (5/19/25). Case bond $300K. Dane County
