It will depend on what current reality Ms Arias has rolling around in her little head right now. She makes everything up as she goes along and the jury could be constantly rolling their eyes at her all day and she may believe they agree with every bit of her self defense theory.

Im behind on this but I so hope she does and digs her own grave!!

Wonder what planet she lives on where what she has done qualifies as self defense cause its certainly not planet earth

I vote no, too.

Her lawyers have no idea what happened (her version), and I have a weird sense that they never bothered to ask her. They don't want to know...they're just riding on the fact that they can paint to one juror that Travis was deviant and became violent. Jodi taking the stand would just muck things up.

I voted no. Although I would love to see her take the stand. I believe she would have to prove what happened that day, answer alot of questions of how travis had all those injuries and she had none. I would love to see her try and conduct a lie.

I voted "no" but wouldn't be surprised if Jodi took the stand. The current poll result indicates that is really too close to call even though many here know a lot more about the case than I do. I've watched/listened to some of the trial and commentary on InSession and HLN, and I recall an early jailhouse interview on Nancy Grace. I was convinced at that time that JA is arrogant, cocky, and a :dramaqueen: I'm sure that she thinks that her affected small voice (despite the fact that she could belt a Christmas song in Jailhouse Idol :D )will prove to the jury that she was a helpless child with big, bad Travis and had to defend herself even though he was nekked in the shower when she stabbed him. :moo:

I hope she does, but I doubt that she will. She probably wants to because I bet she thinks she can lie really well. But I think the evil will seep out and be visible.

Thats my feeling, she wilk think she can turn on the waterworks and have people feel sorry for her.

I just keep thinking of that interview and the "no jury will find me guilty" line....she was surely be eating her words.

Voted no. The reporters are saying she will and we know how wrong they were with that other case so I'll say no.

considering the weak case the defense is putting on currently (not proving abuse at all) and factoring in the juror questions I think they will put her on.

imhoo

imhoo

Those are the exact reasons I would think they would put her on the stand

I don't think she will at this point. It is over, imo. There is nothing she can say that will help. jmo
Not that I don't think it would be interesting. But, no.
