The main reason CL got convicted is he lied to the cops he had sex with her. She was 13-14 and he was 19. We know Jessica called him and asked for a ride. We know that as late as 1215am she called CL's house and asked for him as he had not yet showed up.

The ME puts the time of death at 130am.

Assuming he picks her up at 1216 he has sex with her, kills her, and then takes her body to dump her. She had a good deal of lividity on her back. Her body was found at 930am, face down. Lividity occurs no earlier than 20 minutes after death. All of this hsppens in a period of one hour.

The manager of a local 711 puts her in his store at 1am. After the cops talk to him they come back and he says maybe I saw her the night before.

CL was charrged with rape//murder. He was not convicted of rape.

A respected lawyer gave us an affidavit that he passed the spot where the body was later found at 730am and there was NO body found. That means CL didn't do it and the manager of the 711 who first said JM showed up at around 1am confirms CL didn't do it.

He should contact the Innocent Project.
Seperate case. A woman called her son in Florida. She told him Det's were at her house to arrest him for murder. He was in Fl when the murder occured.
He returned to NY immediately. He walked into the pct. to resolve it. Little did he know he would not be a free man for nineteen yrs. His case was not investigated. Det relied on eyewitness with grudge.
He was losing appeals. Fast forward.
Attorney walked into the DA's office. It was her FIRST day on the job. He gave her the file. He said to please have a look. She sent investigators to Fl to interview witnesses. They included a Priest and a member of LE. This was not done before. He was set free.
I wonder how many innocent people are in prison?

The feds are going to solve this case. They have absolutely no confidence in SCPD and with good reason. At the most critical time in a Dept. history a man w absolutely no experience was brought in to be PC. Unfortunately he was left to rely on an upper echelon that was completely complicit in all of Burke's wrongdoings simply because they stayed silent. silence means consent goes way back before trial of Saint Thomas More. Now SCPD is left w a man that does not want the job he wants another job, DA. At the most critical time for Law Enforcement in Suffolk history they will most probably get a man that has never tried a case in New York State. Most recently he was played by the DA's office probably because he called for Spota's ouster, subjecting himself and SCPD to yet another lawsuit which they will lose.

You believe the Feds are going to solve this case? So what is Det Portela and the other Det. doing? Manning the phones and taking messages for the them?

if there is an absence of DNA on the victims from the suspect, then likely not. Though we would think LISK would relish in detailing all of his murders if he were arrested, I think he would keep shut unless they have actual evidence on him. All part of the game to him. At this point, since he likely wouldn't be elderly, he still probably has the bloodlust. He would rather have the police suspect him only for him to be released so he could continue to murder and frustrate law enforcement.

I think the answer is in the phone call from Times Square. However busy it is it's not a clever move, I think it's a couple and one of them screwed up that night and was desperate to be seen on Long Island while the 'killer' was taunting her sister from NYC. Sooner or later someone's going to find out that mistake and the accused will say: wasn't in NYC that night-you can ask anyone.

If police are involved, I think they will announce something now that Sini is DA they need to change the administration usely and then they come out with a narrative that the suburbanites can endure to here about SCPD. Soccer moms usely don’t want to here the reality of who can be on any police force. People never want to think the people they are conditioned to trust where involved in something this sick. We should keep in mind what “Leann “ was saying during that press conference last year in December, she said she had two people in mind that she belived could be the killer and she said the police probly know who did the killings but they are waiting for the right time to come out with it. If that’s true let’s hope that time is soon. But she said something to the effect that one of the police blew her cover, she aperently was a escort cooperating with LE to help investigate GB. I think more is going on the meets the eye and that’s why it’s been this quite.

Unfortunately this is already a cold case. It’s been over 10 years since MBB’s disappearance. That’s pretty cold to me. I wish this was not the case but in reality it’s cold.

True but I really think they have a very good idea who the killer may be. They may not have solid evidence, If iam right the POIs are being watched, I also think they where tiped of about the body’s being there. Now does anyone remember thoses strange time out dolls that where put there apparently one had stuffing in its mouth. I don’t belive those dolls where a symbol of someone who cared I think it was something sinister.

Yes the stuffing in the mouth of the doll I fel was a reference to what hawkshaw said about the underwear. When I saw hawkshaw post that and then someone say there was stuffing in the doll mouth , I think that was like a representation. I wonder who put the dolls there see to get to that area there are only about 4 ways to get there and you pass by main roads in 2010-2011 there where a lot of cameras so I wonder if they saw the traffic going to Gilgo they may be able to find who out the dolls there. Whoever put thoses dolls there I think knows something. Because those where not dolls of concern that was somethin strange. Iam wondering if the profile is wrong about this guy being rich, I’ve explained my theroy on how easy it was to get these girls to meet him on thoes terms. It’s very hard for a SK to hold jobs that are social, he could be rich but I think we need to look at possible jobs he could do where he makes decent money but does not have to interact with people. A Police commissioner who is a SK is very difficult due to the social nature of the job now a Police chife that is in organized crime and a sociopath that works and can easily happen. I have a hard time believing JB is the killer he may know something thought.

Agreed....wish someone would have put a game cam up to spy. They make them with their own internal internet connection (bushnell) and it alerts your text and email anytime it detects motion. I have several of them and they are the cherry bomb.

I dont know who the killer is. I have strong feelings about the different players at different times. My first instinct was brewer. I feel it is someone who is well liked in the community and will be hard to believe he is the killer. Evil.

For the record on the panties in the throat: I got that from a source that MIGHT have that information - MIGHT. I will tend to believe it to be true until shown otherwise.

I have always believed the investigation was a giant cover-up on the part of the higher ups : Spota Etc.
I believed it could have happened even if the Spota types didn't know if one of their own did it. It just rang a bell with them.

The detectives working the case want to solve it.

The idea that Det LYING LEWIS jumped on the bandwagon with an opinion jumps off the page at me.

Find out who Jimmy Burke is - really is and you might see a picture coming into focus. I don't think he is what he wants you to believe. I think his relationship with Spota and how it formed has never really been told.

Those of you that have been reading my rants since about 2006 know I have said both Burke and Spota will go to jail. Burke is in, and Spota is 3/4's there. Who would believe I could be right about this? They had a grand ole time making fun of me.

Ma Barker enters the picture and perhaps Spota and her become' good friends.' Burke will use that to fame and fortune when he joins the police department.
