Hello. I have been hoping they would catch the Lisk Killer since watching the scene unfold years ago on the news. I will not mention a name, but will list my suspect and reason for them being suspect. I was watching the news 2 days ago and a jolt hit me and it felt discomforting as I viewed someone on tv. This man had businesses in Atlantic City at the time of those murders and also is very prominent in NYC. I believe a man who would make a declaration that he could kill someone and get aways with it has murdered before and got away with it. This person has recently been shown to not only seek the company of very high end call girls, but many types of call girls. He seems the type to have shady officers as friends in New York and friends who run organized crime who are associated with prostitution rings as may be the case LISK. He also would have grown up visiting the prominent beaches where LISK struck and fit the highly prominent and influential marker. One of the victims name is Tiffany. I have not looked into anymore coincidences because I have not had the time. This is only a theory, but there have been equally wealthy men, one recently who have gotten away with murder. The women who did come in with reports were immediately arrested and threatened.

It could be him or someone associated with his businesses. He had one business in Gilgo Beach at the time and was in area planning another in 201-13. He knows the area. He also had businesses in Atlantic City at the time of those murdered women. It was mentioned in theory he may be very influential and is the reason many girls did not take extra precautions and felt safe. He also has had lower level call girls come out about abuse, but were silenced or paid off shortly before he accepted a very high position. I believe he is a sociopath. He has anger issues and issues with women. The blood in eyes and down there is a very strange perception and not many men who like women would make a statement like this. He also asks for loyalty and has many mob friends. He cold have someone else who aided him in dumping. The other possibility is it is not him but someone who was in both areas working on his businesses in Gilgo Beach and Atlantic City. The was also a theory those women in Atlantic City went to visit a man in a nicer hotel than the one they were dumped behind. I believe anyone who is convinced that they could murder someone and get away with it has already gotten away with murder. My basis: Linked closely to both areas at time of murders, grew up in area, is known to be close to NYC police, and does shady business with shady people. He is known to frequent women who are not high class prostitutes. The young woman who was an addict and prostitute who came out earlier fit the profiles of the victims. She was going to give a news conference, but backed out and was labeled a liar and fraud. He is known to pay them off or threaten. He fits the profile, many of it's characteristics. This is not politically biased. When I watched him recently I had a jolt, a vision of some kind, that I have not had before. I understand it seems like a crazy idea and unlikely, but there have been stranger ones.

He won’t be caught if everyone is looking for a white man and he is realy a black serial killer I don’t think it’s any of the people mentioned on the forums. The other thing is I think it’s inportant to find out if peaches was killed by LISK or the Manorville butcher. I belive the 2 killer theroy that seems to make the most sense. But for some reason I feel we have be lead to belive that JT was killed by lisk when she may have been killed by the butcher. And the butcher covered her with burlap to confuse LE. This is all speculation but if that’s the case how did the butcher know about burlap ? Does he know who lisk is ? There is a lot of miss info so it’s hard to piece together.

As long as the 911 tape is not released to the public, it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible to find a solution to the related crimes. LE has had the 911 recording for many years now, and have not come anywhere close to arresting anybody.

The public disclosure of these tapes will create awareness in the the community and likely bring political pressure on the elected leadership to solve this case. As well release of the tapes could likely lead to more tips and leads from the community at large.

What possible benefit to justice, can be derived from keeping the tapes secret any longer?

The problem with the whole SG thing is this. It’s not uncommon for escorts to have a break down and it’s not uncommon for SK to dump bodies in the sites the GB4 where found. People think SK are rare when in fact there is a **** load more of them then people think. So for these circumstances to occur yes are very bizarre but if you realy think about it due to the location where all the bodies where found it’s not as crazy as people would think. Now if the police don’t want to release the tape it probly has to do with one or two things 1 it’s a distraction to the public and it’s clearly working 2 there is a sound that they don’t want people to know about not something that was said in the phone call.

"... Their answer lately has been that the tapes were scheduled to have been destroyed in 2015. And so we wrote to them saying, “Have you destroyed the tapes?”, and they have refused or failed to answer us. So, I have a strong suspicion that the tapes may not be in the condition or the place where they should be."

IMO... If Ray's suspicion is correct (the tapes are essentially non-existent) then what are the legal ramifications for the SCPD to have destroyed evidence in an "open" investigation?? Oh wait... this is the SCPD lead by Burke who was operating "above the law" for so many years that no one really cares what happened to any evidence.

If the tapes do not exist, hopefully somebody has the transcripts. If there are no tapes or transcripts we might as well all go home. The SCPD has completed the total cover-up.

You could be correct but, (IMO) the extremely different reports of Shannan's 911 call certainly suggest corruption (particularly in a police department now known for it's corrupt leader). (AND no response from the dept as to the status of the tape/s just adds to the conspiracy/corruption likelihood.)

Fair enough, are you implying that there is 'evidence' and/or 'information' on the tape that could be incriminating to some people.

Hmmm not exactly yes and no but possibley a clue however I also feel it’s possible the SG really did die of natural causes and that the SG case is being used as a distraction. Like I said it’s not uncommon for escorts to have a breakdown it’s also not uncommon for SK to use areas like that as dumping grounds and NY is a hot area for SK. ETA: I am unaware that any transcript related to the 911 call existed and/or released to John Ray. Or maybe you're talking about something else???
