How does one explain to a judge why they cant release the tape and make it available to the public?
I thought it was a secret.
Is the judge suppose to read in between the lines?
Some of us are capable of doing that also.

This is the second time a judge told them to release the tape.
LE appealed it the first time around.
Along with the statement " over my dead body".
I never heard of anyone respond to a judges order that way before.

The families should get together and head on over to the pct. and protest. Invite the media, 48 hrs, crime watch daily, ect.
They should also expose some of the behaviors.
Ex. Let everyone know the Det that exposed Leanne as a tipster is still on the case.

Well for one she's the second victim we know of, after Fire Island Jane Doe 96 who might not be a sex worker either. When have you ever heard of a sex worker and her child being killed? As much as SCPD tried to push this ******** myth that's exactly what it is imho. They lied about Peaches and the mother being two different people so why would they be telling the truth here?

She was found with a bunch of escorts, so cops assumed she was one, unless there's strong evidence she was one like the others, & color has nothing to do with how cops treated these escorts.

Escorts/drug addicts are at the bottom of the totem pole when it comes to the police investigating their deaths.

Look at Gary Ridgeway, convicted of 49 murders, confessed to 71, & presumed to have killed over 90 prostitutes. Where were the cops after the 10th prostitute to go missing/murdered? They don't waste a lot of energy unless it becomes a serial of murders, but it still took like 20 years to catch this guy....

Peaches torso was found in 1997 in Hempstead park. In 2011 her extremities with jewelry were found in Gilgo beach. Toddler was found nearby, also with similar jewelry. Peaches skull was never recovered.

Thanks for this information.....very odd parts of her were found 14 years apart, & her head was never found, what a sick person that did this.

One way of doing it is to take the child(ren) and hold them hostage and put them out there for sex. Completing that mission for the day you may be allowed to see your children. It is more common than you might think.

One question I always asked is what does the kidnapper has if the woman fails to comply? ANS: You kill her and the children.....what else can you do if you want to stay out of jail.
